Cant Tell You

Jack's POV

My heart honestly can't stop pounding. We pull up to the hospital and start walking to the entrance.

I️ hope Amber is okay. I'm so worried. I love her so much. Outside the entrance of the hospital, fans are waiting.

"I️ hope Amber is okay." One girl says.

Then they see us and run towards us.

"Oh my gosh is Amber okay?" Another girl asks us.

"Well obviously they don't know, Raini", another girl says to her irritated.

"Well i didn't know", she says.

I'm not in a mood to talk with them so we all say we have to go then storm into the hospital.

Camryn and Christina are crying and we all speed walk to the front desk.

"Where is she?!" We all ask the lady at the front desk in unison; slamming our hands on the desk.

The lady jumps in her chair then looks at us with a sad face.

"I assume you're talking about Amber Turner", she says.

"Yes. Can we go see her," i say quickly.

"Who are you guys to her", the woman says patiently.

"I'm her older sister, Camryn Turner. Those are her best friends and that's her boyfriend", Camryn says sniffing.

"Okay. Are her parents or legal guardians here?" The woman asks typing into her computer.

"No they live in Atlanta. Can we go see her", Christina says.

"You all may not be able to see her right now but eventually. Fifth floor, room 36."She says.

We nod and run to the elevator. All that i am focused on right now is Amber. I can't lose her.

We get out the elevator and go to room 36. The door is open so i walk in.

But Amber's not there.

"Where is she?!" I ask the doctor.

"Amber is in surgery at the moment. You can wait in the waiting room", the doctor says looking at all of us individually.

I back away.

"Will she be okay", i ask him.

"I can't answer that right now", the doctor says.

"What do you mean you can't answer?!" Camryn exclaims.

Then all of us start yelling and arguing at the doctor. People start looking our way but i don't care. I need Amber to be okay.

"Quiet!" He silences us.

We all die down  quickly and i start breathing heavily.

"Look i am sorry that this happened to your friend. But we will do all we can to help her. But right now, we can't tell you anything", the doctor says then pats my back then walks away.

Camryn starts sobbing and hugs Jonah.

Christina buries her head on Corbyn's chest. Piper starts crying.

I storm off to the waiting room and sit down. Every one follows me and we all sit in silence.

I rest my elbows on my knees bending over in the uncomfortable hospital chair. I start shaking my leg and i look around the room. I see a woman that's maybe  in her mid thirties and a man sitting next to her sleeping on one of the couches.

My phone starts buzzing and i look at it. It's Instagram and Twitter notifications. People saying that they are sorry about Amber. I quickly put my phone away.

I rest my head in my hands and close my eyes. I start to think.

I think about when i first met Amber. Beautiful, charming, intelligent, ambitious, nice and so much more. The way she laughed and made her corny jokes that made me laugh and only me.

When she would beat me every time in UNO and Monopoly. How she could run in heels.

The way her face lit up when i would compliment her. How she laughed at all my stupid jokes.

How we would make stupid videos together and stay up late watching movies. When she did my makeup and couldn't stop laughing.

How she would hug me closer when we would watch a scary movie. Us recording the song. How amazing she looked on her birthday.

When she woke me up at 3 AM to go in the town.

How Amber would always fall down the stairs and laugh it off. How Amber would hide her face from me in the morning on FaceTime because she claimed she looked ugly when she looked beautiful.

How Amber would say she can't sing but really she sounded like an Angel. When Amber dresses up as a hot dog and started dancing hilariously.

How Amber would listen to me talk about my feelings and make me feel better when I'm at my worse.

I love Amber.

I can't lose Amber.
