Bonding with Daddy

~The next morning~

Amy slowly awakens to the sunlight beaming through her window. She moved around slightly and felt Sonic's arm wrapped around her. She smiled as she stared at the snoozing blue hedgehog.

'Sonic...who would've thought I'd be dating this dork.' Sonic shuffled a little and went back to snoring with his mouth open, making Amy giggled. 'Even in his sleep he's so irresistable..' She leaned forward and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. He moved slightly so Amy tried to be more careful. She kissed him a few more times until she heard Sonic chuckle and hold her waist tightly.

He rolled over, now on top of Amy looking at her blushing face. "What are you doing?" She looked to the side in embarrassment, "I was just giving you a kiss...while you were sleeping..." He laughed at her embarrassed face then leaned forward, "Okay well, now that I'm awake, let me return the favor."

Sonic leaned all the way forward and gave her light kisses all over her face making her laugh. He smiled and gave her a nice kiss on the lips, slowly pulling away, looking into her eyes. He noticed the intense feeling between the both of them and tried to get up quickly. He was unable to get up because Amy was holding him tightly. Sonic looked at her in confusion, "Amy...what are you-"

Amy interrupted him by slamming her lips on his and flipping him over. He wrapped his arms around as things were now becoming heated. They were well into the kiss but Sonic took notice of Amy's hand getting lower and lower and quickly stopped her, "Woah, hold up Ames. Do you think that's a good idea right now?" She smirked and brushed her lips against his, "Why do you ask?"

"Amy dear, can you and Sonic come down here?" Amy jumped slightly at the sound of her mother's voice. She looked at Sonic who was smirking, "That's why." Amy groaned and pouted. He smiled and shook his head, "Come on, don't make that face. You knew that was gonna happen." She whacked him with a pillow and got off of him. They laughed and made their way downstairs.

~In the kitchen~

Amy's parents were in the process of making breakfast. Issac had his arms wrapped around May humming, as she mixing eggs in a bowl. He starts kissing her on her cheek making her giggle.

Sonic and Amy stared at them awkwardly. Sonic put a hand on his forehead and chuckled, "That could be us someday." She cleared her throat getting her parents' attention. They jumped and turned around, blushing like mad. They were going to speak but Amy interrupted them, "I think it's best we don't know what happened here."

"Ahem, anyway. I called you down here to let you know I just got off the phone with your aunt. She, your uncle, and the twins will be here soon. So we're gonna be sprucing up the place." May instructed and they nodded. "Okay mom, so what do you need us to do." "Amy, you and I will be fixing up the guest room and living room. Also we'll be going food shopping."  "What about Sonic?"

May formed a devious smile, "That's the best part. I believe it's time your father and Sonic develop a bond if he is to be joining us for Thanksgiving." Issac quickly snatched May to the side and whispered, "Honey, we never discussed this" "I know but, you and Sonic need to clear this tense air. I don't want ruining this family event because of your attitude Issac. Sonic is a sweet kid." "Are you forgetting what happened on our baby girl's prom night?! He abandoned her and hasn't spoken since." "If our baby girl is about ready to give him a second chance then I suggest as her parents we go along with her decision. Think it about it hun. It would mean everything to her if you would just try to get along with Sonic. At least for the moment that he'll be here."

Issac sighed and turned to Sonic with a forced smile, "Well Sonic, I hope we can get this work done together." He extended his hand and Sonic nervously accepted. "Same here, sir." May smiled and clasped her hands together, "Wonderful, let's eat."
