{Sonic} Campus Life: Second Year Edition

Poetic 'Justice'?

This chapter took very long to make and you'll notice it is exceptionally longer than anything I've written probably (over 5000 wordssss lol)...I hope you still enjoy it regardless. There's only one chapter after this and the book will be finished. (This book (  ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) Thank you for all the support and enjoy.

Sonic continues to stand in front of Amy, glaring at Sally. Sally keeps a smirk on her face with her blade in hand, "How long have you known?" "I felt your stomach when you kissed me in the parking lot."

Amy frowned and slowly backed away from Sonic, "You knew?... Well...is it...I mean..." Sonic rolled his eyes, "Amy, don't start. I haven't been with her for over a year." "Given what's happened do you think I'm gonna believe that?" "Given what's happening now I don't see how you don't."

They start bickering and Scourge groans, "Are you serious right now?!"

They stop arguing and look down at Scourge who was still bleeding. Sonic starts moving closer to him but Scourge puts a hand up, "Er um...don't!" "What?" "Don't...come over here."

"You should listen to the boy, Sonic." They hear Marcel say as they also hear a gun cocking.

Sonic stops and looks at Marcel aiming his gun at him, "Why are you everywhere?" Marcel ignores him and frowns, "Now, I've had enough of playing games with you two, really I have. You are going to give me Amy and let me be on my merry." Sonic scoffs, "Or what?"

Marcel shrugs a little, "There's no other option. Look around you, look on the ground, your 'strongest' ally is bleeding out, slowly but, surely. My partner will make sure each of your friends is eliminated and well I have a gun pointed at you." "You underestimate how fast I am...I can help him and leave with everyone." "Oh, you think so? Well, do you believe you're faster than a bomb?"

Sonic and Amy look at him in confusion and he lowers his gun, "Right where Scourge bleeds out, there's a bomb planted underneath him and it's rigged to go off at the slightest motion. If he so much as moves from that spot or you get the bright idea of walking into the bomb's range, this whole deck will go. So that leaves you with two options. Give me the girl or drown." "How will I be able to hand Amy over if we don't know where the range is?" "My lovely princess here will happily escort her to me of course."

Scourge flinches a little and spits out a little blood, "Shit! You gotta get her out of here Sonic, now." Sonic growls keeping his eye on Marcel, "Shut up, Scourge." "Sonic, you get her the hell out of here and you get Rosy and you-" "Scourge look at him! He's on the edge and out of ideas, we can take him!" "Sonic, trust me you-" "You stay down, I'll take him out, and I'll get Tails and we...and we-" "Dammit Ma- I-uh-I mean...Sonic! It's done, alright?! There's a bomb right underneath me and there's no time to defuse it from where we are. If we keep talking and not deal with the problem, we're never getting out of here alive! Now, hurry up!"

Amy starts tearing up, "But what about you?" Scourge chuckles, "Me? I'm gonna be fine." Sonic rolls his eyes, "Look who's being arrogant now. You're gonna give up, just like that?"

Scourge shakes his head, "Look, do you want to risk everything for me or do you want to get the girls out of here as we planned?" "This is bullshit. You helped me out of that warehouse so why won't you let me help you?" Scourge smirks at him, "That's why you want to help me? Because you feel indebted to me?" "That's not why."
