"Yoongi tell me where the hell we're going." Jimin demanded for the fifth time that evening, ferociously stomping his steel-toe clad foot against the pavement as Yoongi casually tugged on his moisturized palm without answering. With a subconscious grin, the bubblegum-haired reluctantly complied, though he wasn't as big a fan of surprises as the latter clearly was.

It was their second 'journey' of this nature: the honey-eyed practically dragging the other boy to a 'secret location', as the older had put it when Park previously inquired. The riddled response wasn't exactly what the slender had hoped for when he questioned where they'd be going, but it was abundantly prominent that it was as good an answer as he was going to receive.

Min turned around, as if to make sure that the younger was still following him despite the borderline steel grip he had on the brown-orbed's hand. As soon as he picked up on the shorter boy's open eyelids, he reprimanded him playfully.

"Don't look." The seventeen-year-old's voice had come off more whiny than he'd intended, making Jimin burst into a fit of bubbly giggles as soon as his tone rung through his ears. A light rose blush dusted the mint-haired's tender cheeks as he attempted once more to jokingly intimidate him. His childish glare was enough to convince the slender boy to at least try to stifle his laughter, though he was failing miserably at doing so. Every once in a while, he let out a minuscule chuckle which hadn't gone unnoticed by the now-embarrassed male.

Jimin felt a tiny pang of guilt in the left side of his toned chest as he looked at the other's pout. He decided that, solely because he didn't want to be an insensitive jerk, he'd give in and shut his eyes.

"Yoongi, look." The boy tapped on the taller's shoulder, the older's head instanter snapping in his direction. The pink-haired playfully making a show of closing each eye, feeling a fluttery kiss on his cheeks as soon as he did so. The action was swift and unexpected, the tips of his ears tinted beet red as he took in what had happened.

Sure, the two were a couple and had indulged in each other's lips countless times, but every single touch hadn't lost its effect. Even the slightest brush of skin against skin was enough to set a million ferocious butterflies free in both of the boys' stomachs.

And Jimin didn't mind it one bit.

"Can I open them now?" The younger asked impatiently, his eyes loyally squeezed shut, not even bothering with peeking just to humor the taller. They'd been walking for approximately ten minutes, the closer they got to their destination the more prominent the repetitive music got.

But it wasn't just any music, no, Jimin knew it better than anyone else. That right there was the very sound of his childhood; circus-like carnival melodies, cotton candy being spun in the background, piles upon piles of tickets to various rides being sold by inexplicably rude clerks in pastel uniforms.

That was the very atmosphere of an amusement park, and Park wouldn't have even had to open his eyes to be positive about it. The strong scent of slightly burnt buttered popcorn infiltrated his nostrils with every breath he took, the passing wind carrying more and more of the smell to his heightened senses.

His previously agitated demeanor had faded away in mere seconds, just the prospect of going back to the annual fair making his heart do back flips in his rib cage. It'd been ages since the last time he'd been even in the immediate vicinity of such a joyful place, his brain associating it with nothing past an abundance of positive and smile-inducing memories.

The younger's lips tilted up and formed a grin as he opened his eyelids when Yoongi gave him permission to look at the scenery with a gentle yet throaty hum. Jimin involuntarily squealed, evoking an unstoppable smirk from the taller male.
