Blake POV:
As I desperately pound on the glass as Laina drops to her knees. I kneel down and continue to pound the glass. I'm hitting the glass so hard that my knuckles are bleeding. Laina places her hand on the glass and I put my hand over hers. I begin to feel tears streaming down my face. " Laina stay with me okay? We'll make it through this. I'll get you out" I sob.
Laina POV:
I begin to feel really sleepy and fall to the ground altogether. Blake keeps pounding on the glass but now he's hitting the glass even harder because he sees that he's running out of time. He grabs the baton out of the guard's hand and begins to pound on the glass with it.
Blake POV:
I continue to hit the glass with the baton but nothing is working. I turn around and see something unexpected. Kellen. Kellen runs over and screams "Laina!" I point towards the control panel and he runs over and presses a couple buttons.
Kellen POV:
I press a couple of buttons but nothing is working. So I take to the circuit box and pull out the red cable. Gas stops coming out and the door unlocks. Blake pulls the door open and grabs onto Laina. He picks her up and runs out of the chamber with her. He sets her on the ground and begins CPR. "You'd better wake up." He mutters desperately.
Blake POV:
I pull the door open and pick Laina up. I run out of the chamber and set her on the ground. "You'd better wake up" I mutter desperately. I put my ear up to her chest and don't hear or feel any breath. I put my hands on her chest and begin to compress. I turn her head and put my lips to hers. I push my air into her like she did to me and cry out "Breathe Laina!!!" Kellen puts his hand on my shoulder and shakes his head.
Aryia POV:
I look over and see Blake performing CPR on Laina. Kellen puts his hand on Blake's shoulder and Blake stops. Blake begins to cry, saying "Laina... no... I was too late kellen. I was too late..." Suddenly Laina coughs and takes a deep breath in.
Laina POV:
I wake up and cough. I open my eyes and softly say "hey..." Blake turns around and says "Laina!!" He gently grabs me and pulls me into his arms. He places his lips on mine and kisses me softly. He pulls away and rests his hand on my waist. I wipe away his tears and say " Thanks Blake. And I love you so much.""I love you too Laina. When I thought I had lost you, it tore me apart. Don't you ever do that to me again." He admits.
