Johnny

In a flash I start running out of the Thai restaurant to go home and do my other projects. They are easy to finish so it won't take that much time. Wait a seco- I didn't respond to Taeyong's texts! He is probably worrying about me. I would call him when I get home. The walk from the Thai food restaurant to my house its actually really short. I reach into my jean's backpockets to find my house keys, grab them and open the door slowly. I can't interrupt my parents while their in their work time. They work in the house more often these days, and I'm honestly hating it.

I scamper my way upstairs to my cramped sized room. I wonder when I'll leave this place, hopefully soon! I lay my backpack down on my rugged desk in the far left corner of the room and dive face first onto my bed. Suddenly my phone in my backpocket vibrates and the ringtone bursts out loud.

"BLING BLING, wanjeon meosjaengi, BLING BLING nuni busyeo, 24k, BLING BLING wanjeon meosjaengi, BLI-" Yeah, my ringtone is BLING BLING by Ikon. It's freaking Bop! Slowly trying to listen to the chorus of the song I pull out my phone and sit over my bed. I cautiously slide my thumb over the phone screen and respond the unknown call.

"Hello, is this Youngho Seo?" Says the firm voice from the other line, which strongly reminds me of someone. "Yes, that is my name." I reply nervously, this could be a stranger. "Ahh, I'm Yuta. The owner of the Japanese restaurant." Oh, it's him, I wonder what he wants to tell me after 2 or three days from the interview. "I want to tell you that you are hired as a waiter for my restaurant. Your shift is going to be from 12pm to 4pm every Saturday and Sunday, starting today so you better hurry!" Yuta taunts me and I fall of my bed trying to  regain my posture. Realization punches my emotions and I start panicking, my breathing hollow. "But...but it's 3:54pm Sir. Nakamoto I don't think going to work after my shift is right?!", I whisper yell at him through the phone. He sounds exhausted while sighing and then he replies very nonchalantly "I'm sorry, I'm just stressed. I will see you on Saturday!" He ends up screaming and I had to end the call to save myself from deafness.

"Johnny, we have to talk to you for a bit." A delicate yet stern voice approaches from outside my door. I pull my door open and come face to face with my mom. She's aged now her eyes dull with memories, her hair slightly gray at parts, and her skin wrinkly. But she's still beautiful. "You need to talk to me?" I asked to assure myself from what I've heard. "Yes, your father and I need to tell you something important. Follow me to the living room, he is waiting.....for you." She tells me, and I nod my head to follow. She turns right and we walk straight to our miniscule living room. My parents both choose to sit on a sofa across the tiny table in the middle of the greenish room and I put myself in between two pillows on the purple couch straight across them.

Silence engulfs us for maybe an hour now. My dad seems to shift a bit before he speaks something but I can't understand his words. "Johnny did you hear me?", he asks after a while his tone was a bit too harsh. "No, you mumbled the words." I told him. He scratches his head and stands up stretching his limbs. A while later he is sitting down again. In the inside I'm not feeling well I feel sick, why are they acting so strange. "What did you say?" I ask my dad unexpectedly, I never questioned my parents. "I.. I said that you should move out." He states now firmly. Wow, so they've been wanting me to leave this whole time! They should have told me earlier!

"We really need you to move out, you need to find a roommate or something, but leave this house as fast as possible!", My dad the most relaxed person I ever knew on earth is practically wailing at me. I nod quickly and hug my parents tightly. They might not be the best of parents but they took care of me and wanted to lead me to the best. I really did love them after all. They both kissed me on the cheeks and pushed me into my room. "Pack up, you should be gone by the morning. Don't worry about us, we will be okay." My mom whispered and shut the door gently.

Slowly but orderly I began putting my stuff in a suitcase. This suitcasd is the one I used for only once to go to Chicago, that was YEARS ago. I'll use this suitcase once again.  I have Ten's phone number, but I just met him and he is busy with the children. Taeyong is.... I don't know and I still haven't texted him! Ugh, things can't get any worse. I'll just call him right now, to know what he is doing.

"Umm, TY what are you doing? Hehe," I asked trying to sound casual.

"Not much, I'm just washing some dishes in my apartment. I finished my project already, and you?" He asks very seriously. But I find him cute trying to act all mature and wise.

    "I... I need to ask you something...can....I.."
