Chapter 22
Andrea's pov

Not one word. He hasn't said a damn word since that son of satan returned. Yes. I'm taking about Zach.

He had returned to school and not only does he not drive me to school which sucks because I have to go on my skateboard now, but he hasn't said anything to me.

Not 'Hey Andy.' Or 'How was your week?', heck I wouldn't even mind if he called me 'Andrea'.

I don't know why but him not talking to me had bugged me so much that I swear I'm beginning to pull my hair out.

The first day he returned to school I didn't even notice he was at home. I thought he still hadn't come back but having a gossiper as a best friend has its perks.

It was half way through the week and I was getting ready for school which basically consisted of me throwing on a hoodie and a pair of sweats or jeans.

I was about to head out the door when Mia had texted me.

'Zach is in school! He's in frickin school!!'

I had responded with:

'WTF. Don't lie to me Mia. '

She had then texted back in a not so delightful manner:

'Andy how do you not notice a drool worthy eighteen year old guy return home who's room is like two meters away from yours.'

And that is how I found out that Zach Cowen had returned to school.

I had contemplated for a good few minutes after breakfast whether I should skive or not but then seeing as I've missed so many days so far I knew Dean Briggs would kill me.

I looked at the clock which read 7:40 and grabbed my skateboard ready to set off for school.

As I left the house I saw that Zach's mortocycle wasn't there.

Looks like he took his mortocycle today and he didn't take you.

My subconscious continued to mock me but I shrugged it off and began to skate down the road.

I didn't realise that I had reached school until I saw the building.

Our school building was quite big compared to other schools in our city.

The school colours where blue and red, I know right, couldn't they have chosen black.

I decreased my speed and eventually stopped skating as I knew that if I skated in the hallways then I would end up in detention.

As much as I would love to spend my time there, multiple detentions does not look good on your school record.

I entered the senior lounge and head to our normal hang-out area.

Everyone was there except from Zach.

"Where's Zach?" I asked as Cole wrapped his arms around me.
