Seventeen

You arrived at you first period class just a couple minutes before class started.

You reached for the door, but Jae grabbed your wrist to stop you. He opened the door and motioned for you to walk in the classroom.

You went to your seat and all eyes were on you.

You sat down and looked at the door.

Jae simply smiled, waved goodbye, and then left for his class.

You didn't even notice, but Jimin had beat you to class, and she had a pretty strange look on her face.

...

"Are you two dating now or something?"

Your eyes widened as you smacked Jimin on the shoulder.

"Yah, of course not."

Jimin's smile intensified.

"Well you both act like it."

"He was just taking me to class and-"

The teacher interrupted, and started the class.

Jimin stuck her tongue out and you dropped your head in defeat.

The bell rang after what seemed like forever, which made you relieved.

You grabbed your crutches, and immediately stood up.

As you walked out of the classroom, Jimin followed behind.

Jimin said nothing, but you knew what she was thinking in her head.

The two of you walked down the hall and headed for your next class.

This time when you entered the classroom, there was a different reaction.

Nobody cared that you walked in with your best friend. I guess they were used to it.

After your second period class, it was break, and you decided to just sit on a bench and talk to Jimin for a bit.

Even though you were the one who suggested to talk on the bench, you tried to avoid starting a conversation with Jimin.

"Jae doesn't just walk anyone to class you know."

You ignored her.

"Y/n has he seriously not asked you out yet?"

Your face started to warm up for some reason...

But you snapped out of it.

"...A bouquet of roses..."

Jimin looked at you confused.

"What?!"

You turned towards her and smirked.

"I won't go out with anyone unless they get me a bouquet of roses."

Jimin looked like she was about to fall off the bench, but she quickly regained her balance.

"Y/n"

You said nothing.

"Yah, Y/n!"

You looked away from Jimin, still smirking.

"Y/n Jae has been your crush for-"

You quickly put your hand over Jimin's mouth.

"We should discuss this later. AFTER school."
