You looked at Jae's arm, and then at him.

You immediately let go and moved away from him.

Jae didn't say anything, but he looked at you kinda funny.

You decided to ignore it, and you both started watching the movie again.

You didn't know exactly what was going on, but there was definitely a creepy aura to the scene.

The group of people were investigating the house, and they finally realized the first victim was missing...

"Why would they let her go somewhere alone? They knew she was clueless— oh great, now they're going in the basement—"

You didn't look at him, but you could tell Jae was softly laughing at you.

"W-what?!"

"Nothing."

"Yah— why are you laughing?!"

"Your commentary."

You stopped talking and looked back to the movie.

Someone from the group took a step into the basement. You wanted to say something, but you stopped yourself.

He was shining a flashlight all around the room before he walked all the way in. He didn't think he saw anything, so he signaled his team that he was going down—

You already knew what was going to happen—

The door slammed shut and locked by itself. That was the end of that guy—

You unconsciously grabbed Jae's arm again, and lost it.

"AAAAAAAKJFJDNNNKLS THEY SHOULD HAVE GONE TOGETHER— HE WAS THEIR ONLY HOPEEE—"

You got so into the movie that you felt like you were in it.

At this point, the three remaining people in the group decided to go look for help. All seemed well and they started walking to the front door.

The remaining girl, however, dropped her phone on the way there. The two guys didn't seem to notice and walked to the door.

It didn't seem like anything much. She reached down to grabbed her phone, but—

"AHHHHHHHHSKZKSKNS"

You and the girl in the movie screamed in sync, as your grip on Jae's arm tightened.

She saw what she thought was her reflection, and saw that her eyes were bleeding.

The two boys, of course heard the girl scream, and turned back—

The girl saw them and started backing up...

"AAHHHH STOP BACKING AWAY— IT'S JUST THE DEMON SHIT TRYING TO SCARE YOU—"

The girl could see the two boys, but they weren't the same— they looked like monsters—

"GET AWAY FROM ME—" The girl screamed.

The boys were of course confused, and kept walking towards the girl.

The girl scrambled around and found a piece of scrap metal in the old house.

She of course, was no longer who they though she was and stood up and started chasing them out—

The two boys escaped and didn't turn back. Everything was calm again, though you could still feel your heart racing.

You finally snapped out of the movie again, to realize you were rather close to Jae—

You quickly lifted your head off his shoulder and were about to moved away but—

"Y/n, don't move."

You turned your head slightly and looked at Jae through the corner of your eye.

"I-I'm sorry— I won't do it again—"

"Y/n stop. I don't mind. Besides, you're worse than Wonpil."

You tried one last time to move away, but Jae stopped you and put his arm around your shoulders.

Right away, you could feel your face heat up.

You tried to ignore him and just watch the movie.

It took some time, but eventually you got back into the movie.

You didn't know exactly what was going on, but it wasn't good, that's for sure—

There was a quick jump scare—

You tried your best to hold in your scream, and instead buried your head into Jae's shoulder.

This time, you couldn't hear Jae laugh. You couldn't hear him laugh, and you couldn't see him laugh.

Instead, you could feel him comforting you. It was weird. It wasn't something you expected. But it felt nice. It felt nice to know he was there, even though it was just some silly movie.

The rest of the movie was like this. You would get scared, and he was there. Whether he decided to laugh or not, he was there.

It was about the end of the movie. The demon/monster was finally put a stop to, and things were starting to get cheery and normal again.

Knowing it was over made you happy, and you felt relieved. You also felt tired. You could feel your eyelids grow heavy, and you unknowingly fell asleep.

Jae's POV:

The movie had just come to end end, and the credits started rolling.

I expected Y/n to immediately get up and start apologizing for no reason like she always does, but she didn't...

I turned my head slightly, and looked down at her. She was asleep.

That's weird... I could have sworn she was screaming bloody murder a few minutes ago... how could she fall asleep so fast?

Eventually, that left my mind and I found myself staring at her.

She's kinda cute when she sleeps...

Just out of curiosity, I checked the time on my phone..

7:30?

That was a long movie.

I figured I should probably get my stuff and go home.

But... I didn't want to wake her...

Maybe if I wait here long enough, Jisung will come home and help me...

Since I didn't want to disturb Y/n sleeping, I decided to wait.

I grabbed the remote again, and changed the tv to The Office.

He's sure to be home after I watch a couple episodes...

- -

I was wrong.

I just finished watching my 5th or 6th episode of The Office, but Jisung still wasn't home yet.

It was about 9:00.

I wanted to stay awake, but I actually got pretty tired for some reason...

I decided to just start another episode and wait.

Of course, sometime during the episode, I fell asleep, not knowing... oops—
