"M-mom.. what are you talking about? Hhahaha— when did I ever say that?"

Jae shuffled around in his seat.

"I don't have a girlfriend!"

Mrs. Park narrowed her eyes.

"Oh? Did I miss hear you then?"

Jae nodded his head aggressively.

"Well then Y/n, I'm sorry about that... I'll leave you two to whatever you came here for."

Mrs. Park left the room, and Jae immediately stood up.

"Sorry Y/n! My mom likes to mess around sometimes..."

You were a little bit shocked still, but you just nodded and smiled.

"Anyways... I'll put this stuff in my room... I can take you back home after—"

Jae grabbed everything he bought and rushed to his room.

He came back before you knew it.

"Mom! I'm taking Y/n home!"

Before Jae could even take a step, his mom was already back in the living room.

"You're leaving all ready?!"

"Mom, we just came so I could drop some things off..."

Mrs. Park nodded.

"Well, Y/n. It was nice meeting you. You're welcome back anytime."

"It was nice meeting you too Mrs. Park! I would love to visit again!"

Jae opened the door for you, and gestured for you to step outside.

As soon as you did, Jae followed and closed the door.

"Y/n, we don't have to go to your house if you don't wanna..."

You thought about anything you wanted to do, but you came up with nothing...

"I think we should just go back... I think I'm supposed to hang out with Jimin later anyways..."

Jae nodded. He looked at your hand and grabbed it.

"So you don't get hurt."

You turned your head the other way and smiled.

"Okay."

You and Jae both walked back to your house. When you got there, Jae just waved goodbye and you went inside.

You didn't actually have plans with Jimin, you were just too overwhelmed by the whole girlfriend thing.

It was probably for the best that you both spent some time apart after that.

You didn't see Jisung when you came in, so you just assumed he was in his room or went out with the 'Dream Team'.

You just went straight to your room and sat on your bed.

You decided to check Twitter, you didn't have much else to do.

You opened the app and saw something new.
