I sat down on the bed next to her legs.. this was going to be tough but I was prepared.. I couldn't be soft.. I had to say everything..

- So.. aparently.. things happened in the past.. - she started as she moved her fingers around

I nodded my head and leaned my elbow on my leg, supporting my chin

- Hum.. even though I didn't do anything, I would like to apologize for what my father did... it was a terrible thing but.. I can't say I don't understand what he did.. - she said catching my attention - we were really struggling.. he had to find fast money so, I understand why he did what he did, but the fact that I understand, doesn't make it less wrong than what it was..

I looked to my left at the ground and cleared ny throat.. after a while of mashing up sentences I finally gained courage to speak

- I accept your apology, and even though it doesn't bring my mother back to earth, for what you told me, he was a good man.. - I said

- He wasn't the brightest but he had to do what he had to, and so he did it..

- Yeah.. and in a way, I guess my dad killed yours too.. and he tried to kill you, so I also want to apologize for that

Demi nodded and coughed for a while - Sorry.. - she said after coughing

We stood in silence for a while until I heard Demi moving cliser to me.. she touched my arm and I instantly looked at her noticing the bandadges around her leg.. I felt awful for shooting her..

I really didn't want to do it, but if I didn't, it all wouldn't have looked real

- I also wanted to thank you for savibg mine and Alex's life.. I really did think it would be the end for me.. - she said with a small smile on her lips

- You would've done the same for me.. - I smiled - You don't have to thank me

She looked down at the sheets and I took a deep breath.. I have to tell her.. I need to say everything that's on my mind..

Demi looked back up and my jeart did a flip as she stared at my eyes.. I felt like I was falling down a plane at that moment.. the adrenaline was pumping through my veins and my stomach was turning and twisting..

I watched her suck her lips and place her arm around my neck.. my hands instantly moved to her hips as we shared an unplanned kiss.. one that was ruining what I had in my mind and that made me absolutely melt for her

The taste of her cherry lips along with all the feelings I felt burn inside of me were making me weaker by the second.. My body kept acting on impulse as I pulled her further behind the bed.. my heart burning and aching for her
