Ned was proud of his family and the northern realm, he had received word that an old friend of his Robert Baratheon had now become king and Ned was requested to possibly be he hand. As for his children, little did he know everything was going to change for all of them.

"Come on, Ayra I know you don't like dresses much but soon enough you'll be able to wear pants again" Athena had spoke to her sister. Ayra frowned at her oldest sister "this doesn't feel comfy, I feel silly. I can't move around" Athena was a patient woman she really was. She looked after her younger siblings, Ayra adored her eldest sister, Sansa didn't hate her but didn't like how she could easily act like mother...as for the very two youngest Bran and Rickon they didn't seem to mind her either. Athena had been 19 almost 20, she was about a month away from turning twenty. She hadn't been married yet and didn't bare any children, she had always been stopped by her flaws or the suitor didn't appreciate her fuller figure. She would always be told to never give up hope, Athena never did. After finally putting Ayra's hair up into a nice tight braided bun, aura had ran out of her room to go see if she could catch the royal family as they came into Winterfell. Athena grabbed her leather gloves instead of her cloth ones, she had always worn them so it wouldn't bother her condition as much. She couldn't believe that they traveled a full month to come here, it seemed a little intense. Although she had never stepped out of the walls of this castle, only if she were going to say a prayer but that was all. Athena came back to reality when she fixed her dress a bit and headed down. The brunette had her hair in a complex braid, a fitted blue dress with a leather corset around her torso and a fur cloak to match her family. When the carriage had arrived her eyes fixated in on the Knights, one instantly caught here eye. A man in a Dog/Hound helmet, when the king rode in she bowed and bent the knee when he began to hop off his horse. She hasn't seen Robert Baratheon in years, she had always enjoyed the visit even if it was out of the blue sometimes. Robert looked at her father after they had been told to stand "You've gotten fat" the new king had said and Athena went wide eyed. She hoped it was a joke and when her father looked at Robert and raised a brow they did laugh. She smiled and was glad he had came here, Robert had stopped at her first since she was the eldest Stark child.
"Look at how beautiful you've become" he smiled and Athena smiled softly "Thank you, your grace."
"Any suitors who snatched ya up yet?"
Athena paused and she frowned "no you grace." She sighed and Robert lifted her head by the chin "COME NOW GIRL DONT BE SO SAD" he said in a happy booming voice which caught her to smile "A man will come, soon enough I have a feeling about it" he reassured her and went down the line, she glanced over at The Knights again, she had caught glimpse of The Hound mask and the man in it. She felt her heart flutter with happiness almost and prayed to the gods that they'd be together some how. She thought he was mysterious and interesting, she could see a warm soul under that rugged exterior. She had jumped out of her fantasy when she felt a nudge, the queen Cersei Lannister had approached her. Athena set a gaze on the queen "my queen" she curtsies and looked at her kindly. "How young are you sweet dove?" Cersei asked "19 almost 20 my queen" Athena said before getting nervous. "Oh it's okay young dove, things will fall into place soon enough. You have until 21 then your womb shrivels" she said as if that wasn't a problem and carried on. Athena started to feel sick to her stomach, she tried not to show tears or sadness. Robb gently rested a hand against Athena's shoulder before Athena kept her head tucked down, she had felt eyes on her. She glanced up to see The big hound helmeted man saw her. She looked away quickly and hoped for the best in this. Especially with a glimmer of hope on a man....{Sorry if this sucked, I did write this at 3AM, and I've been sick 😅 sorry!}
