Everyone is at the dawson's house. The cops just got finished inspecting the house.

Ariel: I have an something to say.

Amanda: What is it?

Ariel: I can't ask for custody even though we are siblings i'm not 18.

Luke: What's going to happen to us?

Ariel: Amanda will please  adopt us?

* everyone looks at Amanda*

Amanda: I'd be happy to get custody of you. But number one i'm surprised you didn't call up and your aunts and ask one of them.

Ally: Our dad's oldest sister had a fight 3 years ago and they haven't spoken since. His little sister lives in canada.

Amanda: Ok. I'll do it, only if all 3 of you agree to this idea.

Luke: Amanda your not my mom-

Ally and ariel: LUKE!

Luke: Let me finish. Your not my mom but, I promised my dad that i was going give you a chance. Dead or alive i'm keeping my promise to him! Once again i'm sorry for being so stubard and rude to you mandy.

Amanda: I forgive you. I'll adopt you kids but the process won't be easy. I need to find a lawyer first.

Mrs. Moon: I'll help you! Sorry for scaring you all. And i'm sorry for you all's lost.

Amanda: Thank you. You mind if we go out and look for some now?

Mrs. moon: The sooner the better.

Zander: Hey, maybe my mom can help too.

Ally: then call her.

Mrs. moon: Zander come with us. We'll drive you to your mom's and we can talk it out.

* everyone leave but team austin, Ariel, and Luke*

Ally: I can't believe my dad's gone.

Ariel: It seems like just yesterday he teaching us how to tie our shoes and know he's just long gone.

Luke: JUST STOP TALKING ABOUT HIM! * runs upstairs*

Trish: I remember when Ally had her first birthday party and Mr. Dawson was trying to carry everything at once. Cake in one hand, Goodie bags in the other.

Trish, Ally. and Ariel: And the ice cream handle in his mouth!

Trish: He tried so hard to make sure you had a great life ally. So you do the same.

Ally: what do you mean?

Trish: I understand how you are feeling but, Your dad doesn't want to see you like this. He wants you all to cope the best way you all can. The only way he can rest in peace is if he knows you trying to cope with the situation.

Ariel: Wow, your so right!

Austin: I am going to make sure you cope the best way you can.

Ally: Thanks austin.

Dez: You guys need to get your mind off your dad. My sister is throwing a party tonight. You all should come.

Ally: I'M NOT GOING TO A PARTY, MY FATHER JUST DIED!!

Trish: CAN YOU GET ANY DUMBER?! OH WAIT THAT'S RIGHT YOU CAN. THE FACT THAT YOUR GOING TO DATE CHRISTINE IS A NEW KIND OF DUMB!

Austin: I think dez is right. I mean partying after someone's death is REALLY STUPID but, you guys need to get your mind off of this.

Dez: You guys don't even have to party. Go to a concert, Go do some karaoke, Go to the beach, to the movies! Do something besides moping thinking of your father's death.

Trish: Is your little girlfriend going to be there? * rolls eyes*

Dez: As a matter of fact she is. And don't bother her! Ally, Ariel you guys change your mind it's cool. * leaves*
