Jacob (POV)- She opens the door and looks surprised. I needed to see her. I say nothing, and pull her in for a hug. She hugs me back, score. "Jacob?" she whispers. I rest my head on hers, "Yes beautiful?" I hear her giggle. God, I missed that giggle so much. "Please don't leave again, please." she says holding me tighter. I lift my head up so I can look at her. "No, no Peyton. I will never leave you. You're my partner in crime. I love you Pey." I say keeping eye contact.

We stayed like this for a while, until she rested her head back on my shoulder. "Jacob?" she says, and I laugh. "Yeah?" she sighs, "I think I uh like Aaron." I don't know why, but those words hit me like a truck. I have a girlfriend, but damn did that hurt. "I ship it." quoting Nash's famous favorite line. She looks up, "Really? Oh, thanks Jacob. Means a lot you know?" I nod and pull her back in for another hug. "Can we go back to normal now?" I ask and she nods. "Hey so, I think you should go see Aaron!" I say while smiling. She stands up, and practically falls over. I catch her, obviously, and bring her inside.

Peyton (POV)- I'm so happy Jacob and I are normal. But one thought still fails to linger throughout my head. Did Aaron set this up? "Hey! Miss me already?" he says. "Okay, Carpenter. First, you sound like a thirsty idiot, and second I was excited to hang with you! I need to talk to you, so come over? Maybe?" I say laughing In between sentences. "Yeah, of course! Be there In 10 seconds tops!" he says hanging up. I go to unlock the back door, and the doorbell rings scaring me half to death. I scream, and the door opens. "What's wrong?" a concerned Aaron says. I laugh, and then become confused. "Wait, how did you? What?" He looks just as confused as me, and then says, "Oh! I drove here, and parked down the street, so in case something happened I would be here!" he says smiling. He actually cares. Wow. Then, I probably did the dumbest thing I could ever do.

I kissed him.
