Part 31: Months past

Jacob (POV)- It's been two months. Her voicemail is so full with my messages that I can't leave her them anymore. "She won't answer me, and I can't deal with it. Cam, what do I do?" I say while pacing back and forth. Magcon was on a break so everyone could get their priorities straight.

"Look man, Aspen left too. I know for a fact she's not with them though. We have to find them." Cameron said. "I need her to know." I pause when Matthew walks in. "Sami won't tell me either. Sorry, I sort of figured we were on the topic. The only person who knows is Mahogany." I stop pacing to stare at him. "She what? She's known this whole time?" I yell, frustrated. Matt looks at Cameron and coughs. "Jacob, I," Cam looks down, "I don't know what to say. I'm sorry." I just look down, put my head in my hands, and sigh. "I'm fine. I just screwed up and I can't fix it. I miss her." 

Then, my phone rings. It's a blocked number. "Hello?" I ask, and Matt kneels in front of me. "I'm with Peyton. Please come, Jacob. She's a mess. We are in Pittsburgh with my Aunt Rachel." the voice says, and I'm trying to comprehend it. I finally recognize the voice. "Wait, Abby?" I say, and Matt gasps. "Yes, so please don't say anything. Sami is here too, and she's bad but a little better than Peyton. It's all just getting well- yeah." she pauses. "Just come. 12 tomorrow at Meadow Park, bye Jacob." and she hangs up. "Guys. Let's go. We're getting the girls back." 

Abby(POV)- I dialed the number and almost hung up, but he answered. I told him everything that's been happening. Peyton won't do anything besides cry. Sami just sits in her room, and barely talks to me. I go into Peyton's room, and she's reading. "Hey get ready we are going to Meadow Park." she nods and i walk down towards Sami's room. "Why that park? It's so far. And, it's busy." Sami asks. I roll my eyes and shrug. "I like it there. Even Peyton's going." she jumps up, and smiles. "Wait really?" I nod and tell her to get ready.

Peyton(POV)- I look through Jacob's pictures on Twitter and I can't help but cry. It's been a long time, and he looks happy. Aaron hasn't talked to me since a week after I left. He never did "figure things out" I hear someone run upstairs, and I put my phone down while picking up my book. "Hey get ready we are going to Meadow Park!" Abby says, and I just nod. I stand up and put on a black tanktop with blue flowers on the bottom and denim high waisted shorts. ( A/N: SEE MY INSTAGRAM FOR THE OUTFIT) I straighten my hair, and apply makeup. I go downstairs and wait. About 10 minutes later Sami and Abby come downstairs. "You look great, Pey!" Sami says, happily. She's probably just as surprised as me to see me out of bed. I nod and smile back. We all hug, and I say, "You both look great too." 

After an hour of driving we arrive at the park. Sami runs to the swings, dragging us with her. I laugh, and I was surprised. It's been awhile since I laughed. We hang out for awhile, and walk to the pavilion. When I look out from the bench I'm sitting on there's the gazebo and the field. It's so pretty. I close my eyes, and breathe in. Then, Sami gasps causing me to open my eyes, and I'm faced with one person I never thought I'd see again. Jacob.
