(A/N) Okay guys, this chapter has some Latin in it. The parts in latin are the spells. It's not entirely necessary to read them... I don't expect you guys to understand them. So, yes the italicized and bolded words are in another language. Hope you guys enjoy!
*Jessica's POV*
The smell of mundane blood was sickening. A thick, useless substance that ran through the minescule veins of these worthless creatures. I'll never truly understand them or the point they have for existance; other than food for those who are higher up on the food chain.
The lives they live are even more stomach turning. Attending an educational facility day after agonizing day, only to come to the realization that it, without propper effort, cannot serve them in the ways they wish. Dwelling on their pathetic lives is pointless. In just a short time, they'll all fall prey to the powers of my sisters.
I can smell the filthy animal spirit of that meathead jock as he came up the hallway with him... Stephen. The soul reason why my sisters and I have returned. The first Grand Warlock in four centuries. I doubt the child knows what he's capable of. There's been a block on his powers since he came here; and maybe even before.
Whomever placed it on him is surely an expert. Probably an elder. It wouldn't surprise me. His family must have beautifully crafted power to produce a Grand...
He passed me in the hallway with that wolf attached to him like a leech. It's a shame that the wolf is mated with him. A warlock of that power only deserves the best of mates.
I fumbled with the lock on my locker for long after the bell rang and gave up. I looked at it and felt a surge of energy flow from me to it; watching it burst open. Stupid mundane school instruments. I reached in and grabbed my jacket. I may not like the humans but the clothing they made was at the least decent.
I walked out of the school doors and down the steps; igoring the protests from passing teachers. I thought foundly of my sisters and felt the ground beneathe me drift away. The damp leaves and smell of the wet earth was replaced by the smell of sage and I felt the formation of a wooden floor. A small white cloud was dispersing around me. Teleportation was an easy task. One I took up as a child. That and along with a number of other talents.
"Well look what the cat dragged in..." Maryline said as I walked into the dimly lit room.
Maryline always had an attitude. She was, quite literally, a fire starter. She was a master in the art of pyrokenisis; it was her bailiwick.
She was leaning against the small table that held our plants.
"So, Jess, when do we hop on our broomsticks and fly off to find someone who can actually lead us?"
"I know you barely found out you were a witch, but we don't fly. Or ride broomsticks for that matter." Vanessa chimed in. I hadn't noticed her walk in from the other room.
"That's weird, I didn't realize your name was Jessica." Maryline hissed.
"Say one more thing and I'll have you slit your own throat."
"ENOUGH!!" I commanded, "What the hell has gotten into you two?! Acting like foolish mortal children. We need to focus on the task at hand!"
"We've been focusing on getting that pathetic twig chew toy for months now. When is he going to join us?" Maryline spat.
In an instant I was on her; raising her from the floor. I held my hand up, easily feeling my powers constricting her neck.
"Speak badly about my plan again, and you'll wish you were dead."
I dropped her and turned to Vanessa.
"Where's Aleena?"
"She's out with Derek."
"Why?"
"He wanted to test out a new curse he found in the book of shadows. It's supposed to grant him the gift of persuasion...." Vanessa explained.
"Which is completely idiotic since you and Vanessa already posses that gift." Maryline said horsely as she stood up and attempted to soothe her aching throat.
"Aleena knows he has to die right?" I asked.
"Yeah... but you know how she feels about death. She said she was going to take on the responsibilty to strip him of his powers."
"Wait, why does Derek have to die?" Maryline asked.
"There can only be one Warlock per coven. And with the addition of Stephen, he'll have to either be banished, stripped of all magical abilities, or killed."
"And the latter was the less complicated. Aleena can take his powers if she wishes. His head will role regardless."
They looked down at my cruelty. Derek was useless anyways. He only had a knowledge for spells. However the book of shadows provides enough information on casting; deeming his gift unnecessary.
"Call Aleena and tell her to come back. And tell her to have Derek look up Potatores sanguis evocavimus."
"Wait wait wait... you want to summon what?" Maryline asked. The shock clearly evident in her voice.
"Vampires."
"Why are we going to do that?"
"Because. Vampires and werewolves are natural enemies. And what better way to piss off and distract a pack of wolves than the sudden reappearance of a clan of blood suckers?" The corners of my lips pulled up slightly at the thought of the Black Water pack falling prey to my leeches.

*Beau Mirchoff as Matthew*
Aleena appeared shortly with Derek by her side. In the time it took for them to get here, Maryline, Vanessa, and I had gathered the materials needed for the ritual and set them up. All that was needed now, was the incantation.
"Did you find it?"
"Yeah, but it looks difficult.. are you sure we can do this? I mean, where are we gonna find a healthy male who's willing to get bitten by the leeches?" Derek asked.
"We already have one." I motioned to the couch where the boy laid unconcious.
"Who's that?" Aleena asked.
"That is Matthew. 17, healthy, no close family, a rather depressing view on life after he and his boyfriend broke up, and a poor attendance record. No one will even notice he's gone."
We placed Matthew in the center of our circle and lit the candles surrounding it. We placed a small skull on his chest and bound his hands and feet to the floor. After the circle was completed, we stepped back and stood in our positions.
"Guys I don't know about this. What if we do it wrong?" Aleena was clearly scared. In fact, all of us were. This was the first time we had ever performed a ritual together and so many things could go wrong. But it didn't matter. We needed this in order to have Stephen.
"It won't. Just focus and repeat after me:
virtutesque cum coetu eo confluxissent, tenebrasque in ascensionem petimus anima mortalis. Sanguis appetitus et immortalitate. Suscipe mortem, ei potestatem immortuorum saluta."
After the incantation was said, the skull on Matthew's chest began to bleed. And soon, leeches crawled out of the eyes; slithering on his chest and crawling to other parts of his body.
After the first bites he began to scream. We looked away not wanting to see the process.
Aleena almost stepped out of the circle, but came back not wanting to ruin the spell.
His body twitched and convulsed after the leeches returned to the skull and we watched as his skin paled. After a few minutes his body lay still. And without warning, he sprang up gasping for air. His eyes were an ghostly and inhuman blue.
He was cold and I couldn't hear a heart beat. We had done it. We had created a vampire.
