You sat on the couch in your living room, going through your emails when your phone rang. It was your agent, and your quickly picked it up.

"Hello?" you asked instinctively.

"(y/n). What are you doing right now?" Stephanie asked, rushed.

"I'm...just going through my emails, why?" you replied.

"Well are you available today to come to a quick secret audition?" she asked.

"Yes, my schedule is free...what movie would i be auditioning for?" you asked.

"It's a secret. You just get lines and they feed them to you and see if you're good for the part," she replied.

"What's the point of this?" you asked.

"I don't know, you've been pretty dry lately with auditions so i thought we could try something new," she replied.

"My last movie was a hit," you objected.

"Your last movie came out like 3 months ago. That's forever ago. We need to get you on board with another project," she said.

"And what makes you so sure i'll get this part?" you asked.

"I have a gut feeling."

"Okay...so where is this audition?"

"I'll text you the address. Be there at 3."

She hung up and you sighed.

You had honestly enjoyed the last few months of not really doing anything...everything had seemed so peaceful.

You had been so used to the chaos of life that you had forgotten what it had felt to just relax, and these last months had been that for you. But, as Stephanie said, it was about time for you to at least try to get on board with another project. But you doubted that you'd get the part.

You arrived at a pretty sketchy place just north of LA and gave a second thought about the audition. But you knew Stephanie would probably kill you, so you walked through the doors.

The audition was pretty weird, but you felt pretty good about it and thought you had done well. It took you forever to get back to your house due to LA traffic and several people who had stopped you and asked for pictures and autographs. When you finally did get home, however, you were exhausted. You were hardly able to make yourself dinner before curling up on the couch and watching Fuller House, cuddled up in a million blankets and getting more and more tired as time wore on...

The week slugged by, without a phone call from anyone for the audition. You were just about thinking the worst when your phone rang and you picked it up. It was your agent again. She was probably going to tell you that you needed to audition for something new now.

"Hello?" you asked.

"Hey. Remember when you auditioned like a week ago?" she asked.

"Yes...why?" you replied.

"Well...you have to go back to test out chemistry. Apparently yore most likely getting the part so they need to see the best fit for you," she explained.

"Chemistry...?" you questioned.

"Yeah. Apparently it's going to have a love triangle and they need to see who's the best fit for you."

"Okay, so what kind of movie are we talking about, here? What big actors are going to be in it?" you asked.

"I've only heard rumors."

"Tell me."

"You'll have to wait and see."

"Fine."

"Okay so you need to be back at that place at 5 today. Okay?"

"Sure."

"Bye."

she hung up and you stared at your phone for a second.

This movie better be worth it.
