Chapter 23

Mitch let our a loud sigh as he let himself flop down on the bed. "Finally! I thought this day would never end."

It was two months later and the triad had just gotten home from their second promo tour. It had led them down the east coast at first and then back to Nashville for another few dates.

"Yeah and I cannot wait to be lying in my own, or rather Scott's bed again. I mean it was kind of Esther to let us stay at her place, but I'm definitely ready for a good night's sleep here before we go to Texas tomorrow" Avi added.

"Don't remind me of Texas" Mitch almost whined. "I'm so looking forward to see my family and yours, Scott, but I just don't want to travel I want to stay somewhere comfortable."

"We'll have tonight and tomorrow morning, Love and I plan on using the time wisely. So... what do you want to do?" Avi spoke up again.

"I just want to relax, to unwind" Mitch returned. "I feel like I want to sleep so bad, but I also want to seize the time we have. Yet, the thought of doing anything just feels like it's too much effort, I'm sorry." He looked down away from his boyfriends and couldn't see that they were looking at one another.

"What if you don't need to do anything then, Mitchy? What if you can just lie there and let your boyfriends do the work?" Scott finally spoke up.

"Yeah, we could smother you with kisses, knead your tires muscles, make love to you, one after another, if you feel like it" Avi added.

Mitch felt a shudder running down his back. "I'd want this, please. Everything."

Avi chuckled. "And you're going to get it, I promise. Wanna take a quick shower, or shall I pour you a nice bath?"

"Hmmm..." Mitch hummed. "I'd love to take a bath, please, thank you."

"Wanna have a glass of wine as well?" Scott asked.

"No, not really. That would make me tired."

"Okay. Avi, will you pour the bath, then? We could take turns showering and unpacking while our Sweetie unwinds."

"Already on my way." The bearded man winked at his boyfriends and stepped into the en suite. He filled the bathtub with almost scalding hot water and added Mitch's favourite bath oil.

"Five more minutes, Mitchy" he announced as he stepped back into the bedroom.

"Mmhm" Mitch sat up and stretched his arms. "I need to unpack..."

"We'll do it for you" Scott spoke up. "You go and take your bath."

"Ok, thank you, you're awesome." Mitch kissed his boyfriends' cheeks on his way into the bathroom. "

Once he had closed the bathroom door, Avi looked at Scott. "He's a little cranky, isn't he?"

"He's stressed out. I feel like he had originally planned to sleep on his own tonight, but changed his plans when we offered to help him unwind" Scott replied.

"Hmm..." Avi hummed, thinking. "Do you think we pressured him into staying with us?"

"No. He would've spoken his mind, don't you worry, Dear. Also, he's spending some time on his own bathing and probably doing his skincare routine. Sometimes this is all he needs. Plus, he's probably already looking forward to being a little pampered and I am looking forward to do this for him" Scott replied calmly.

"I am, too" Avi replied with a soft voice. "Now, do you want to shower first or shall I?"

"You can go, Avi, I'll unpack."

The bearded man nodded and then left the room after a short peck onto Scott's lips.

When Mitch exited the bathroom half an hour later, Scott was still taking his shower while Avi was sitting on the bed, dressed only in his briefs. He was browsing through his phone, but put it away when he heard Mitch. "Hey, Love." He looked at Mitch and his eyes were filled with adoration for the smaller man, who was wearing a fluffy, crimson bathrobe. His face was glowing with moisturiser and the once tired out look on his face had been replaced with one of relaxation.
