Hi. Um this is the first story I've ever done, and it's for you guys to see. It's just a boring old story about a demonic/devil Louis and Dark Angel Niall that I felt like writing simply because I have no life and my mum says I'm lazy so I should do something good with it.
Seriously though I really hope you like my book. I plan on becoming a famous billionaire with published work and a clothing line and food brand and everything (shut up a girl can dream) but if you want to help me get there, I need your help with votes and comments.
PLEASE READ BELOW
***I know the protagonists in this book are Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan, but they are just the casting. This book is fiction. None of the actions that occur in this story are real, and this has nothing whatsoever to do with One Direction. ***
***Also, I know many of my readers are going to be slightly religious. I'm religious myself, and I do believe in the devil. Now, in the book, Louis is casted as the devil. However, he isn't actually the devil. This is just everybody's name for him, seeing as he's ruling the world evilly and has his own hell and stuff. But no, he is JUST a demon, but on a slightly higher rate. So now I've told you. If you are sensitive on the devil topic, please don't feel like you should avoid reading the story. I just thought I should tell you in case you get a bit uncomfortable.***
------------------------
Everyday, the sun would rise from the east and would set in the west. Everyday, every morning, nightingales would emerge from their nests, chirping songs meant only for the other half of their soul. Everyday, earth used to be content, home for only those capable of loving and cherishing.
One day, everyday ceased to exist. Everything changed. The sun had become weaker, unlit. It would rise in the west and set in the east, and the nightingale population had died, causing their species to be in great danger. Wolves replaced cats, and in the night, they would cry howls of greeting towards the night that would last what seemed decades. Shadows lurked in alleys by the woods, and monsters attacked prey, ripping flesh, leaving remains of the bodies lying on the ground.
People became unhappy. Bruised bags took over the clear skin underneath their eyes, and caution was taken into account wherever they went. On the streets, no one would smile. No one would laugh. No one would shake hands, or exchange greetings with a wave. Everything seemed perishable.
My parents would never allow me to go out. Going to the market was a no no. Memories of going to explore the forest with my brother faded, leaving only glimpses of smiles, and glints in eyes. My family was just about everything I had. Of course, I at times, felt the need to be alone, as their bickering alone left me with a headache, but what could I do? I wasn't going to run away. No, never. I had my brother. I loved him too much. He was the puzzle piece that made up my heart, and leaving him behind would shatter it forever. Nothing would mend it, not even another heart synced up to the beat of my own, and that was a promise. I would never leave my brother for another love. Ever. It was a promise I wouldn't break.
It was always where I could bicker and play with my older brother like we were living in the moment that I laughed, carefree. Outside the boundaries of my happiness, I was abnormally observant. I could never speak to someone without my hazel eyes searching their own, and I could never stand in front of a group of people without waiting just a minute to work out the type of audience I would be dealing with. After several minutes of lying in bed everyday at the thought of this, I'd realized this was the reason I could not make friends.
That was, until the day I saw its eyes: eyes that swallowed me into oblivion.
That's when I realized my observant eyes were not the reason.
