I made a cover and a logo for Aria. Took way longer than it should have, but it looked cool.

Chapter 22 - Rescue. Enjoy!

Loki had his hand wrapped around her waist in seconds, ignoring her shocked struggles as he pinned her against the bed. Another bang echoed around the mansion.

Two guards started knocking on the door before Loki summoned them in.

"SHIELD is attacking from the Main Entrance" one told him, Loki muttering something under his breath.

"Get everyone to the houses. Run protocol 37" Loki snapped back, before they departed, and he rushed to his feet, removing her chain.

Aria was struck, blinking blindly around the room as Loki suddenly headed into his office, changing into his Asgardian robes as he went.

Shaking her head to clear the dull fog of sleep, she took herself into the dressing room and threw a pastel blue dress over her naked form, not bothering with a bra as she tugged on white ankle boots.

"Aria" Loki called, storming in to see her throwing her hair into a more contained high ponytail. "Come on."

Without a second's hesitation, she picked up the nearest shoe and slammed the heel against his head before taking off into the house.

Finding her ability to pass the door a success, she made it about half way down the corridor before her ankle seized up, causing her to collapse painfully. Screaming out loud, agony cursing through her veins as she was left with tears leaking down her cheeks.

A figure appeared in her watered vision, someone clearly not Loki.

"I found her. Someone get Stark!" They called before kneeling in front of her, reaching out to support her. The second their hand touched her bare arms, the skin felt like it was burning and bubbling across her whole body. Aria crawling away quickly to avoid further contact. "It's okay. I know you've been through a lot, but we need to get you-"

The sound of the mans neck snapping cut his speech in half. Aria chocked on a gasp, skidding away only to hit her back against a pair of legs.

Loki hooked his hands under her arms and hauled her upwards, moving one arm to attach to her waist and keep her hovered a little off the ground like a child would hug a teddy bear.

The pain hadn't stopped, he hadn't let it stop.

"I'm sorry" she seethed through spit filled teeth, Loki only rolling his eyes behind her before releasing her from the pain. Aria sagged in his arms, eyes clearing enough to see the dead man lying on the floor. A death she caused.

Loki started dragging her towards the locked door she had found earlier the day before.

Suddenly a large object was hurtling up the stairs towards them, before Loki was ripped away from her and thrown through two walls, landing on the driveway outside.

"Fucking hell" she muttered, sitting on the floor in a pained heap.

The same hurling machine roared back through the holes in the wall, landing in a red and gold pose in front of her.

Iron Man's suit opened as a concerned and distraught Tony leapt towards her. Aria quickly jumped up and out the way, keeping her hand out between them. She winced at the hurt in his eyes, quickly clouded over with rage as he moved his eyes towards the driveway.

"Let me just hug you, so I know you're real" he urged, but she shook her head.

"You can't. He made it so if someone else touches me it burns my skin" she explained, lowering her arm when she was sure he got the message.
