Chapter 11: "Attacked In The Infrastructure"

"Are you really gonna read all of these Lady Sakura?!" Furinto asked while carrying tons of books that almost covered his face.

"Yes! This will help me a lot in my research!" Sakura answered. They've been staying at Stone Village for three months now.

Sasuke was behind them and silently following them. Captain Morio wasn't with them because he got an order from the Kage.

Koishi who was behind Yuru suddenly walked beside him. "Hey Yuru let me help you with that!" she asked.

Yuru was also carrying loads of books. "No thanks." he answered dryly.

"Come on let me help you!" Koishi insisted. She tried to take some of the books but Yuru tried to avoid her until Koishi lost her balance and fell beside Yuru. Yuru didn't fall but he felt a little surprised when Koishi accidentally leaned on him. "I said I don't need your help!" He pushed her with his left arm while carrying the books. Koishi fell on the floor.

"Koishi are you okay?"Sakura asked while checking her. Koishi felt embarrassed so she started to cry.

"You asshole you're so mean!" Furinto shouted at Yuru.

"I didn't mean it, idiot! She's on my way!" Yuru shouted back.

Furinto dropped the books that he was carrying and grabbed Yuru's collar.

"I'm really fed up with your arrogance! She's just trying to help you!" Furinto screamed.

"Boys stop that please you're scaring Koishi!" Sakura said.

"I will just teach this asshole a lesson!" Furinto said.

Yuru looked at Furinto sharply and he grabbed Furinto's collar as well.

"Stop that or I will cut both of your hands." Sasuke said. He took out his sword and pointed it between them.

Both got scared of Sasuke so they released each other from grabbing.

Sakura helped Koishi to stand. Her knees turned red. And her elbows got scratched from falling.

"Are you okay Koishi-chan?" Furinto asked with a worried face.

"Yes I'm okay don't worry..." tears were still falling from her face.

Furinto looked at Yuru with a grimacing face, "See what you've done to her! I will report this to Sensei!"

Yuru looked at Koishi's crying face. He clenched his fist then he ran away.

"Yuru come back here please!" Sakura shouted but Yuru didn't even look back.

Sasuke steps in, "I will follow him..."

The water in the stream was as clear as the sky, it ran along on narrow way through greenness. Yuru was sitting on a log covered with moss. He was throwing stones in the stream when Sasuke approached him.

"You shouldn't treat her that way if you don't want to feel miserable as you are right now."

"She's annoying!" Yuru said without looking at Sasuke. He kept on throwing stones in the water.
