Chapter 21: "Parallel Dimension"

Sakura and Sasuke with the monster were teleported to the dimension where there were a lot of dead white giant trees.

Another purple arrow hit the tentacle of the white monster that holds Sakura. It squealed in pain and dropped Sakura. Sakura pulled the net together and destroyed it with all her strength. She runs towards Sasuke.

"Where are we?!" she asked.

"In a different dimension. A dimension where this creature came from. It's my fault that it had entered our dimension..." Sasuke said to Sakura.

"It doesn't matter now. What matters is we stop this thing! It's similar to Zetsus! It can replicate a shinobi's jutsu after absorbing them." Sakura said.

"We have to avoid getting in contact with it so it won't absorb our chakra!" Sasuke said.

"I only have a few chakras left because of too much usage for my eyes. I must use it wisely..." Sasuke said to himself.

"We have to cut it to pieces..." Sakura said.

"And burned it after." Sasuke continued.

They run towards the monster to attack. Sasuke used his sword and shuriken to cut the monster's tentacle to clear the way for Sakura while Sakura threw kunai with paper bombs at the monster's limb. Both shinobi jumped away when the monster started to explode.

The monster became smaller but more agitated. It started to throw bullet chakras from its mouth and fired nonstop at Sakura and Sasuke. The two hid behind the huge dead trees.

"It seems like it consumed too much chakra! No matter what attack we do it just keeps on recreating itself. It always has jutsus under its sleeves!" Sakura cried.

"I'm certain that it has a weakness... Have you noticed the black orb inside its mouth?" Sasuke asked her.

"Yeah! It wasn't visible a while ago but now that it's smaller I can see it. You think that is its main core?" Sakura asked.

"Possibly," Sasuke answered.

They went out behind the trees. Sasuke runs towards the monster and he activates his Susanoo to attack. But the monster was so strong, it could counter every attack. The monster's tentacle turned into a large stone hammer and hit Sasuke and his Susanoo hard. Sasuke's Susanoo vanished and he fell far from the monster. He tried to stand but his vision started to get blurry and his eye bleed.

"Fuck! I've used too much chakra!" Sasuke uttered.

"Sasuke in front of you!" Sakura cried.

Sasuke opened his eyes but it was too late. One of the monster's long tentacles turned into a sharp spine and stabbed Sasuke's stomach. Blood came out from Sasuke's mouth.

"Cha!" Sakura cried. She punched the tentacle hard and it broke into pieces. The monster started to attack her trying to capture her. Sakura jumped away from Sasuke to get the monster's attention.

Sasuke tried to pull out the spine that stuck in his body.

"It hit my vital part..." he whispered. Blood was still coming out of his mouth. A black "X" shape seal suddenly appeared on Sasuke's forehead. It spread towards his body up to his toe. A green light came out from his feet and went upward up to his head. He felt a burning sensation on his wound.

"T-this is Sakura's chakra..." he whispered. He felt his tissue cell-regenerating by themselves. His wound was healing.

"It worked!" Sakura cried. While holding a hand sign. "I successfully teleported my chakra to him through the seal I put in him!" she added. Sakura remembered poking Sasuke's head and putting the seal on it after the Inauguration night, "I love you."

"So this is her version of Teleportation Jutsu. This is why she kept on reading and studying the Fourth's technique..." Sasuke said to himself while looking at the green light blazing on his hands. He smirked.

"Sasuke!" Sakura cried.

"Yes!" Sasuke answered. His wound healed immediately and his chakra replenished. He runs towards the monster and activates his susanoo. The susanoo grabbed the two remaining tentacles of the monster. Sasuke gripped them tightly and didn't let go of the monster. The monster started to charge a blue light in its mouth. Sasuke looked at Sakura who was running in a different direction.

"Rinnegan!" Sasuke switched places to Sakura.

"Shannarooo!" Sakura cried and fell towards the monster's mouth. She punched the monster's black orb.

The monster splattered everywhere.

"It seems like there are still other creatures in these dimensions that are linked to Kaguya. Naruto and the other Kages should know about this..." Sasuke said to himself.

Sakura suddenly felt dizzy and fell to her knees. She was exhausted. "The Chakra Teleportation Jutsu consumed too much chakra from me. I have to master it first before I have to use it again..." she whispered.

"Amaterasu!" Sasuke burned the biggest remaining part of the monster including the broken black orb but he wasn't able to burn the small parts because his vision started to get blurry and his eyes started to bleed again. He kneeled in pain. Sakura ran towards him.

"Sasuke-kun let me see!" Sakura said. She holds Sasuke's face while checking on his eyes. "I will transfer my remaining chakra to you..." she whispered. She put her hands on Sasuke's shoulders and started to transfer her chakra to him. But they were interrupted when a sudden movement arose behind Sasuke. It was a part of the monster that had been cut out. It was smaller than Sasuke and it shifted its shape into an urchin-like creature. Spines came out from its limbs and went toward Sasuke but Sakura pushed Sasuke beside her.

"Rineggan!" Sasuke used the remaining chakra Sakura transferred to him to switch places to Sakura. But he was late. Sakura had always been faster than him and even than Naruto. Sasuke successfully switched places to Sakura but every spine of the creature was twisted at Sakura's whole body.

"Shit!" Sasuke pulled out his kusanagi and cut the spines from Sakura's body. He used the remaining chakra that Sakura transferred to him and burned every remaining part of the monster using Amaterasu.

Sasuke ran toward Sakura who fell on the ground. He pulled out some of the remaining spines that were still stuck in Sakura's body and burned them with his black flame. Sakura wasn't able to say a word because her throat got stabbed in the spine too. Blood started to flow in the ground and the seal on her forehead vanished together with her Strength of a Hundred Seal Jutsu.

"Sakura!" Sasuke cried looking horrified. He took off Sakura's black obi and unbuttoned Sakura's red qipao exposing her upper body.

Sakura's eyes were fixed on Sasuke. "What are you doing cha!" she was screaming to herself unable to speak.

A deep wound on the upper right chest of Sakura and another one on her abdomen which is the size of her fist kept on spurting blood. Sasuke tried to stop it by covering his hand on it.

"She will lose blood..." Sasuke cried to himself. He took off his black shirt and tore it to pieces using his hands and teeth. He wrapped Sakura's chest and wound using his torn shirt.

"We have to get out of here! We need to send you to a medic!" Sasuke cried. He tried to lift Sakura's head using his hand and activated his visual prowess to create a portal to their world but he felt a sudden pain in his head. Blood came out from his eyes and mouth.

He fell to the ground holding his eyes. "I don't have chakra anymore..." he cried. He crawled to Sakura and tried to get up. "Hang on there Saku..." he stopped when he saw Sakura was unconscious. He cannot feel her chakra anymore.

"N-no..." he whispered. His right hand is shaking while trying to feel Sakura's pulse through her bloody neck. But there was none. He tried to feel Sakura's wrist to check for a pulse. There was also none.

"No!" Sasuke started to breathe heavily and his vision started to get dark. He grips his fist tightly trying to get back to his senses. He tried to activate his eyes power one more time but it only caused him to lose consciousness. He fell on the ground next to his lover unconscious.
