"Can't you see! All of this trouble started when those Konoha Shinobis came into our Village!" shouted one of the Iwa advisers.
"It is indeed obvious that all of these incidences are due to the Tsuchikage's unpopularity for the extreme changes in our village." another one added.
"Not everyone is in favor of the Alliance's platform. Tsuchikage should listen to her people to avoid casting doubt from everyone..."
Lady Kurotsuchi listened to them very carefully. They received a piece of news in the morning after the anniversary that thirty-two shinobis and the old scientist were attacked and killed last night. This caused panic in the Iwa Council.
"Tsuchikage, I believe you have to gain the full trust of your people first before embracing new ideas. Establishing changes may forget honored traditions. Perhaps that is what those people are fearing." an elder of Iwa suggested.
"This whole new idea of Alliance is indeed a possible milestone for the history of the Shinobi world but not everyone is prepared. Lord Daimyō here decided to pull out the budget for the renovation of the hospital and medical training." the Daimyō adviser said while looking at the Daimyō. The Daimyō was just sitting steadily.
The Tsuchikage suddenly stood from sitting, "Lord Daimyō why would you do that?! It is this time that we need great medical assistance the most for our Ninjas!" she cried.
"Great pain, hardships, and even death is part of a Shinobi's sworn duty. Even for those children that decided to be a ninja. Focus on what your people want first before what they need. Insisting on what you think they need is equivalent to dictatorship." the Daimyō said.
"This is a lovely day don't you think Lady Sakura?" Koishi cheerfully said to Sakura.
"Yes indeed!" Sakura answered and smiled at her. The sky was clear and the atmosphere was cold from the mountain range.
"By the way where are we going today Lady Sakura?" Koishi asked.
"Well, I will need your help around the marketplace because I will buy a birthday gift for Sasuke-kun." Sakura answered and smiled at her.
"Lord Sasuke's birthday!" Koishi cried.
"Sshh... be quiet Koishi it's a surprise gift. He's actually not fond of celebration so I will just buy him a present." Sakura whispered while holding Koishi's shoulder.
"Don't worry Lady Sakura I know every shopping place in Iwagakure." Koishi said in a low voice.
The two girls walk around the open square and shops to look for a present until they stop by a boutique. Sakura's attention was caught by a shirt displayed by the window shop.
"There it is Koishi! That's my gift for Sasuke-kun!" cried Sakura. She pulled out Koishi's hand and ran inside the boutique.
"Good morning!" the sales owner greeted.
Sakura stood in front of the mannequin and felt the shirt's soft fabric. "This will look great on him..." she whispered. It's a grey long-sleeved collared shirt with a purple vest.
"I will buy this one please..." Sakura smiled at the old store owner.
Furinto was running around the marketplace when he saw Sakura and Koishi inside an eatery taking lunch.
"Lady Sakura!" cried Furinto and approached the two girls while catching his breath.
"Oh, it's you Furinto? What is it?" Sakura asked.
"The Tsuchikage is asking for you in her office with Lord Sasuke. Lady Kurotsuchi said it's urgent!"
Sakura stood from sitting and didn't finish her meal. They followed Furinto.
