Starlight (Aarmau fanfic)

And the Teasing Begins!

Aphmau POV

We had spent a good portion of the morning just cuddling and talking. We had wanted to figure out what to do about Katelyn and Travis. Things between the four of us had become awkward, and neither myself, nor Aaron liked that.

Aaron suddenly sighed and then our door burst open, Melissa coming in like a whirlwind of excited energy. She glanced over at us and a sly smirk spread across her features. "So, did the romp in the sack you guys had a couple days ago tire you out so much that you still need to stay in bed?" Aaron glared and hissed her name. And as usual, my face became beet red. Which made Melissa burst out in laughter.

I had been worried that I had been too loud that night, but when people didn't mention anything the morning after I thought we had been fine. But, apparently someone had heard. I was worried that she wasn't the only one. Who wants to know that your boyfriends family heard you having sex? It's incredibly embarrassing! I was so embarrassed that I felt as if my head was about to explode. I quickly turned away from Melissa and buried my burning face in Aaron's chest. He held me tightly as he chided his sister.

"Melissa must you make comments like that? You know how much it bugs Aphmau!"  "Awe, come on Aaron! It's my job as your older sister to tease you!"  "But do you have to do it in ways that you know will also get Aph?" " I really didn't intend to make her turn red, that was just a bonus! Now, if you two want to stay in bed all day, that's none of my business. But, I would like to let you two lovebirds know that I would like to hang out with you guys soon!"

And with that she quickly retreated out of our room. Once she was gone I felt Aaron kiss the top of my head gently. "Sorry about her babe." I said an muffled okay to him before hugging him tightly before pulling away and getting out of bed. I grabbed my clothes and quickly changed into them. I still blushed as I did so, even though Aaron has seen me naked before.

I heard him stand up and quietly pad towards me. I had just slipped my top back on when I felt him wrap his arms around me. I smiled and looked back at him. "Why are you blushing now?" I shrugged. "It's nothing, don't worry." He quickly brought his lips down on mine in a tender kiss before pulling away and quickly dressing himself. I sat back down on the bed, and he sat next to me. Without realizing it my hand reached out and began to touch his ear. I guess I hit a sweet spot because Aaron began to lean into my hand. I quickly hopped on the bed and stood behind him, continuing to scratch his ears.

And that is how Katelyn and Travis found us.....

-episode 9-

The four of us were walking back to the house. Some of the tension had been lifted during our meal. But Katelyn was still leery of Aaron. Thankfully Travis was acting like same old Travis. I was glad about that. The more people act as if there is no change to Aaron, the better he will acclimate to the change in his life. I refocused my attention and noticed we were at the house. Aaron and Travis were laughing, Katelyn had a small smile stretched thin over her lips. She was between being tense and enjoying herself.

I bumped my shoulder with hers and gave her an encouraging smile. "He may seem different but trust me he isn't. He is still the same Aaron he was. And remember, he is the one who caused Ein to lose his alpha status in highschool." Katelyn looked at me as if what I said was a revelation to her. "Really? He's the one who took Ein out that day?" "Yes, he is." I saw some more tension leave her body as she took in this information.

Shortly after the two of them left, leaving me and Aaron on our own. We looked around the house, it seems we were the only ones in the  house. We went upstairs and watched some tv for the rest of the night. About an hour in my eyes started feeling heavy. Aaron put his arm around me and pulled me in. And within a few minutes sleep claimed me.

Aaron POV

I felt Aphmau go limp in my arms, I looked over at her and smiled. She was asleep peacefully in my arms. I gently stroked her cheek, tucking a few errant strands of hair behind her ear. I quietly turned the tv off and scooped Aphmau into my arms, carrying her to our room. I tucked her into into her side of the bed and climbed into the bed next to her. I cuddled up to her and she buried her face into my chest again as I got comfy. Shortly after I'd fall asleep as well.

Aphmau's POV

I slowly came up through the layers of sleep. When I opened my eyes I noticed the sun was just beginning to rise. I looked over at Aaron and got an idea. He had therapy today, and I wanted to help him. Quietly I untangled myself from him. I stood up, and held my arms over him. Luckily he sleeps on his back. I wanted to see if I could do it again. Aaron needed the help I could give him.

He needs to feel better.

-So, I'm sorry for the lack of posting. I've had some serious writers block. Since I won't get to where I want by the time season 6 is released, I'm gonna deviate from canon there. I still wanna do my own thing in season 6-
