The next morning I feel a little better. I only had to take one aspirin and I'm already feeling chipper.

"When are we going to his office?" I ask Ashton over the phone.

"He said sometime in the afternoon. Try to be happy, and talk more this time. Dress casually, like you would everyday." He tells me.

"Alright. Well, text me when he's ready." I say before hanging up.

I walk around my room, trying to find something good to wear, when I hear a knock on my door.

I turn to see Luke.

"Oh. Hey, didn't expect to see you." I say.

"Yeah, I came to give you something that you left at Lucy's house. She said you might need them." He tells me, handing me something.

My earphones. Of course.

"You came over to just give me these?" I ask, suspicious.

"No, I wanted to talk about two nights ago." He answers.

"Oh, right. Thank you by the way." I say.

"Uh, no problem. But, I was actually going to ask you what really happened..." He prompts.

"Oh, didn't Michael or Ash tell you?" I wonder out loud.

"No. I just turn around and there you were, kissing a guy, while Michael was steaming mad, and I knew that you weren't supposed to be doing that. Then you told him to stop, and he didn't, so that made me mad." He pauses. "That's why I went over there. To stop him, then to find out this was going on earlier..." He trails off.

"Oh, it was nothing. Everyone made a big deal of it, but they really shouldn't have." I fake laugh.

"I think they should've. It was a big deal. You could turn that guy in for sexual assault." He tells me.

"No, I'm pretty sure I couldn't, but it doesn't matter. It's over, no one needs to worry about it. Anything else you need Luke?" I ask.

He opens his mouth like he's going to say something, but decides against it.

Instead, he bites his lip, (which I find really actractive) and shakes his head.

"Okay, well then, I'm going to-" I start.

"Do you wanna hang out today? Just you and me? You have a little time to kill before your netting with the agent." He blurts out.

I'm shocked. Did he...did he just ask me on a date?

"Uh...sure I guess. I have nothing better to do." I say, shrugging.

"Great. I'll let you get ready, then I'm going to take you someplace. Got it?" He questions.

"Yeah. Sure." I say. He leaves so I can get dressed.

I put on some ripped skinny jeans and a black and white stripes shirt that cuts off at the stomach, showing my tattoo.

I curl my hair and put on my make-up. I put in my black stud lip ring, and put in a white headband.

I go out and meet Luke, who is standing in the middle of my living room with a banana.

He looks at me, and I see something glimmer in his eyes, although I don't know what it is.

"You look amazing. I was just going to go take you somewhere like the fountain or something." He says.

"Well, I have a meeting after this that I have to attend to, and I need to look ready for that. But thank you." I say.

"Right. Totally. Your meeting." He sounds nervous.

I wonder why.

LUKE'S POV•

She looked so beautiful. I can really relate to our song 'She Looks So Perfect', because she looks so perfect standing there. But, she isn't in my underwear, so...

"You look amazing. I was just going to take you somewhere like the fountain or something." I say.

She blushes. "Well, I have a meeting after this that I have to attend to, and I need to look ready for that. But thank you." She says back to me.

"Right. Totally. Your meeting." I stutter. "You sure you wanna do this? You don't have to." I tell her.

"Yeah, I mean we're friends right? Why wouldn't I want to hang out with you?" She asks rhetorically.

Did she just friend zone me?

"Uh...yeah." I don't know what else to say. I hold out the half-eaten banana to her. "Banana?" I ask, seeing if she wants it.

She laughs. "Uh..no thank you. I'd rather have one that hasn't been eaten off of." She says.

Oh I'm so stupid. Did I really just hand her a banana I ate off of?

"Well, in that case, let's go." I say.

She walks out with me and into my car.

"So where are we going?" She asks once we get in.

"Around the fountain. Maybe a few other places." I answer.

"Are we gonna just walk around?" She quizzes.

"I don't know. You wait and see." I tried to sound smooth, but I can tell that came out wrong, like a cry for help.

Great. She's gonna think I'm an idiot.

I casually bite my lip, wondering if she can tell I'm nervous.

She giggles. "You are so weird right now. What's going on with you?" She asks.

Great. She noticed.

"Nothing. I'm just really excited about your meeting with the agent. That's a big honor." I tell her.

"Yeah, I'm really nervous." She admits.

She's not the only one.
