"What was that?!" I snap as we get into the bus.
"What? We aren't the ones who made you say a speech in front of everyone." Ashton reasons.
"Yes you are. Didn't you notice everyone laughing at you?" I ask.
"They were laughing at us?" Luke asks quietly.
"Yeah. They were." I say angrily. "I stuck up for you guys, and I don't even get a 'thank you'." I say, weaving my hand through my hair, which I took down as soon as we got here.
"I'm sorry we didn't know how to act.
We were being immature." Michael admits.
"Exactly! No more fancy dinner parties for you! Do you realize that could have ruined our reputation, and stopped our tour?!" I ask.
All eyes turn to me. They look shaken, scared.
"It could've?" Calum asks.
"Yes! And you boys acted like you don't even care! Can't you just act like adults for once?!" I shout.
I sigh. "I'm going to bed. Wake me up when we get to Thailand." I say softly, then go to the bathroom to change into some comfortable clothes.
When I come out, I'm wearing short purple stripes shorts and a light pink t-shirt. I don't even care the boys are staring at me. I go to my bunk and close the curtain.
I stare at the wall of the bus. How could these boys be so oblivious?
---
I wake up in the morning to the smell of bacon and pancakes.
I get up, scratching my head, an my messy hair.
I yawn, an open my eyes to see Luke cooking breakfast on the small 'stove' in the bus. It's more of a burner that's attached to the bus wall.
"Morning." I say lazily, falling into the couch.
"Morning." He says back, softer than me.
"What's wrong?" I ask, rubbing my eyes away from sleep.
"Nothing." He says, gritting his teeth.
"Well okay." I throw my hands up in defense, then go to the bathroom.
What's his problem?
I wash my face and brush my hair out, then go back to the couch.
Ashton is up now, standing in the doorway of the 'living room' and the other boys' bunks.
"Hello." I say, waving to him.
He looks at me and nods once, then turns back to Luke. "We have a busy day today Luke, better get going with breakfast." He says.
"I'm trying." Luke whines.
Calum comes out of the bunk area, and smiles at Ashton politely, then does the same to Luke. "Morning fellas." He says, excluding me.
"I'm here too." I try to add myself in.
He nods and goes back to his bunk.
Okay...
Ashton follows him, and I'm left on the couch, with Luke beside me, cooking breakfast still.
About five minutes later, Michael comes out and sits down by the tv. He turns on his video game, and starts to play.
No hi. No hello. No good morning.
Is it just me, or is everyone acting differently today?
