'I'm screwed....' she thought.

Her face still stung but the fear for her life threatened to choke her again so she concentrated on something else. She tried to prepare herself for flight whenever a chance appeared. She went to the bedroom and got some linens.
She then went to the different CCTV cameras that she could see and covered each one. Maika's voice surprised Yoonmi but she didn't jump nor flinch.

"Well, that was a naughty bitch move – but oh well – you know those aren't the only cameras in this house, don't you?" she then proceeded to laugh in that awful way. 'Wow – just how screwed up is she to do this?'  Yoonmi asked in her mind but all she said was, "What do you want from me?" while she covered the remaining cameras that she could see.

Maika laughed as she viewed the monitors which showed Yoonmi covering one of the cameras in the living room. She got perverse pleasure when Yoonmi couldn't open the door. But the girl was pretty resilient though, never begging or crying – yet. 'They always beg...yes, they do...' Maika thought as she smiled in satisfaction at Yoonmi's hunched figure, still busily working.

"Well...I didn't really want to do this, but Ji-yong-" Maika stopped suddenly and laughed. "Hmmmm, oh wait. My chicken just arrived. Do you want some?" Maika teased her over the speakers and Yoonmi gritted her teeth to stop from replying. 'Ji-yong oppa? yah - seolma?!' she shivered and pushed away that thought.

It was too scary to dwell on – right now she needed to survive so that's what she'll focus on. She breathed deeply and went to the kitchen. When she opened the fridge, she found out that there was water at least, so she drank gratefully to curb her hunger. She wanted to kill Maika, but she was in no position to do that – so she fumed silently and got to the den to read a book. 'Thank God there are books here or I'd go completely crazy!!!' she thought and started reading. Her stomach was okay for the moment but she was worried in the next few hours.

Ji-yong was startled  awake when he heard his phone ring. He grimaced in pain as he  fully woke up. He had been sleeping in an uncomfortable position so he was now aching all over. He looked at an unknown number calling, he answered absentmindedly because he wasn't thinking clearly. "Yeoboseyo?" he answered.

"Check this video out-" and the call ended immediately. Disoriented, Ji-yong squinted at the message he had apparently received while he was sleeping. It was only a hyperlink so he clicked on that and he saw a girl in a living room looking up at an angled camera. 'Who is thi- Yoonmi-ya?!' Ji-yong didn't dare say her name out loud or Yoona would wake up and be even more distressed when she would find out about her sister.

"What the he-" he stopped abruptly because the video had ended. He couldn't contain his anger anymore. All the sleepiness from earlier disappeared as he stormed out of Yoona's room. He wanted to hit anything just to vent his anger so his fist hit the wall and he thought he heard something crack but he was seeing red so he didn't really care. "Ji-yong-ah...mianhe..."

Ji-yong turned to face Yoona looking so pale and weak. "Wha-"

Yoona silenced him with a kiss so passionate, it took his breath away.

He felt her tears on his face as she clung to him. "What's wrong Yoona?" he asked when they came up for air but she just shook her head. She hugged him and stayed quiet. Ji-yong's heart stopped beating for a second – and he felt a fear that he'd never before. '

Why do I feel as if she's saying goodbye?' Ji-yong looked into Yoona's eyes and he was undone.
