Maika lugged her heavy bag through the airport. She was furious. Her dad's secretary should have been here to greet her at the airport but there was no one to meet her - nor drive her.
She looked at her watch again and got angry that nobody waited.
She took her phone out to shout and curse at the stupid, good-for-nothing person who was responsible for her when a black sedan stopped in front of her.
"I'm sorry Miss Lee, we were-" "Save it...my father's going to hear about this... Let's go!" she said brusquely.
The man bowed and stowed her luggage away.
"Where are you going?" she asked angrily.
"Uhm - to the hotel, Miss?" the man replied.
"You idiot! Turn left here! I'm not going there. I'm booked at the Hilton..." she gave the address.
Maika then looked out the car window and thought, 'I'm coming GD-oppa, wait for me okay?!'Ji-young shivered again even as he was warm.
He looked around again but couldn't see anyone. He was grinning lopsidedly when Yoona slammed down the phone on him. He didn't feel offended, only glad that he was able to call her and it seemed that the days and hours just fell away and they never parted. He was dead tired but his heart was full, Big Bang's Australian fans were awesome. He smiled again.
Ji-young couldn't escape the weird feeling of being watched so he decided to go back to his room. He got up and brought his phone with him when a woman suddenly bumped into him.
"Oh my! I'm so sorry...!!" said the woman who had the most stunning features but had the blankest eyes.
Somehow Ji-young didn't think that her bumping into him was an accident but he let it go and just said, "It's fine. I'm sorry as well, then..." he bowed slightly at her and went on his way.
His bodyguards showed up and walked beside him, and he was slightly annoyed but he felt thankful.
Yoona hummed Big Bang's 'Let's not Fall in Love' while driving.
She laughed to herself and considered herself lucky - not that her world suddenly righted itself - but that Ji-young's call comforted her more than she realized. She missed him even more now that she learned that he was halfway around the world but what made her happy to the point of bursting was the fact the G - freaking- Dragon called her.
'Hahaha - okay, I've got to chill...but I can't!!!!' she wanted to scream but then she remembered the letter from this morning. She sighed as she went back to reality. She wasn't depressed anymore but neither was she okay. Her problems just kept piling up so it's a good thing that her family was coming.
'Oh no!!!! My fridge is empty!!!' she gasped and hit the brakes. The car behind her honked his horn loudly. She smiled sheepishly at him when he overtook her, not that he could see her since her windows were tinted.
This time Yoona paid attention to driving and made a quick u-turn to go shopping for her family.
"I'm home!!" she announced.
Yoona was then enveloped in a huge bear hug by her dad. She was kissed by her mom and hugged by her other younger brother and youngest sister.
"Welcome home..." they said.
And that was all she needed.
