Capricorn's....... honestly it depends the person, but most of us, we to other people seem cold, mean along those lines its kinda true in some aspects. the reason people may think this is because we don't smile a lot, don't get me wrong we love to laugh, so we're mostly attracted to funny people so we can. at the same time we have a different sense of humor so what we think is funny might not seem funny to someone else and the other way around. so for example all your friends are laughing at something they think is funny and your just sitting there like....... (wtf is this its not even funny). another reason they might think we are cold is because we don't like talking about our feelings, we don't open up easily, and when someone else is talking about their feelings or talking about something sad that happened we don't know to act or what to say so we just don't say anything and we may seem cold because of that.(P.s. we can talk about or feelings but we will never feel comfortable doing it, so we choose not to). we look older than we are, its annoying sometimes but it has its advantages. we are very self conscious we don't like being made fun of even if we are close to you, it may seem like we are okay because of our facial expression or we would laugh it off but actually we're kinda hurt deep inside and we are planning revenge because we can hold grudges for a long time. also we look kinda intimidating to people we don't know because we barely ever talk or laugh, basically our facial expressions. so people don't really want to come up to us and talk, but if they got to know us they more than likely will love us.
