We finally arrived at our destination, Lilica Village. The village looked beautiful and calm. The comfortable lifestyle of a rural area. There were trees few blocks away.

They weren't ancient or forgotten, in fact, they live a life like any other. The people were friendly and pleasant, even for us outsiders. They weren't judgemental either, which is a good sign.

From afar, you'll think it was just a small village, but when you enter, the village is actually pretty massive. They were complete with everything, from farms and poultries to blacksmiths and markets.

They even have their own church and school. They weren't out of touch either and are always updated along with the rest of the kingdom.

It was only afternoon yet the streets are packed with people going on errands or work. Pretty busy if you ask me.

I asked one of the staff in the counter if the chairman is available.

"Ano pong pakay ninyo?" the staff asked.

"Kami po yung mga wizard na tumanggap ng komisyon niyo," sagot ko. Tumango ito.

"2nd floor, left-wing, second room to the right,"

We followed the directions the staff gave us and we saw a room that said "Chairman's office". We entered the room and the fresh aroma of coffee sprayed to us.

Refreshing, I feel awake. The office's set-up is the usual; a table desk in the middle with a swivel chair, bookshelves and drawers on either side of the wall, and a coffee table and seats in front of the desk table. A red carpet beneath the furniture.

The chairman sitting on his chair, his eyes locked on us and I can feel his intense gaze to our arrival. His elbow positioned in his desk and his hands intertwined with one other.

"Kayo ang ipinadala n Red Magus?" mariin niyang tanong sa amin.

"Yes, we were sent here upon your request of help," sagot ko.

He finally dropped his gaze and heaved a sigh. He unloosened his intertwined fingers and laid them flat on his desk. "They sure are sending teenagers now. Since they sent you, I have no choice but to trust your strength and capabilities.

"I'm Leo, by the way, you can call me Mr. Leo, I'm the chairman of this village," pagpapakilala niya.

"Shiro po," banggit ko ng pangalan ko. Itinuro ko ang dalawa kong kasama at ipinakilala. "At ito naman sina...Reiki and Sheena."

He nodded and offered us to take a seat on the couch. He snapped his fingers and three cups appeared in front of us. He uses Creation Magic, a weak and untrained one. Reiki poured our cups with coffee as we listen to the chairman to speak of the current situation.

"The problem of our village lies in bandit attacks. Every night, at 6 pm in the evening, the bandits will attack, they will hunt and kill villagers that are seen roaming around. They also never leave their victims, instead, they will bring it with them."

"So they're not bandits but murderers? And a group of them," Sheena corrected. "How many victims each night? And how do you know they bring their victims along with them?"
