Chapter 42: Light and Dark (Revised)

"First things first, the groups we created won't be taking effect today. Only today," panimula ni Sir Zeke. "For the whole day, you'll be training depending on the type of magic you possess. You will be cut in four groups, according to the number of types of magic."

There are 4 types or kinds of magic out there, based on different kinds of aura a person possesses. There is nature-based type, mind-based, dark-based, and manmade-based, which is the most complex of all. Some magic might be torn between two types like magnet magic, which could be both manmade and mind-based type of magic.

Gaya ng sabi ni Sir Zeke, hinati-hati nga kami sa apat na grupo. My magic is more on the mind-based magic instead of manmade, kaya napunta ako sa kategoryang iyon. And here I thought mahihiwalay ako sa grupo but we didn't.

They were still along with me for this training session along with Alfred and Yuki. And the instructor or trainer will be Sir Zeke and Ms. Iris. And they also changed the location of our training dahil dinala nila kami sa kagubatan.

As for the other groups, the nature-based people are on the beach being trained by Tito Summer and Mr. Solid, along with Ate Elly, who is in standby in case an accident occurred. Dark-based where sent to a cave along with Tita Mary and Pluton himself. And for the manmade group, they were sent on a shipwreck found on the edge of the island; Tita Scarlet and Jake joining them.

We started training by balancing ourselves in different ways. "Balancing the amount of aura energy and force you're exerting will help you control both your magic and your emotions." Ms. Iris stated.

Sir Zeke told me na ibalanse ko ang mga pagsabog na ginagawa ko, limiting it to only a small amount of number and force. I did as I was told and started numerizing every explosion I created as well as little strength I add to it.

It took a couple of tries for me to get used to it and many failed attempts as well, nearly blowing up the space near the others around me.

I kept trying to concentrate my magic into one spot, allowing me to use my enhanced senses more efficiently but because of the loud voices of my classmates I can't go further. Especially how loud Reiki and Claude are.

The spell I cast to them yesterday wore out and now they were in so much pain and they can't even skip training. I stomped up from my position and walked away from the noise and crowd and into the forest where I could train in peace along with my favorite things: plants and nature.

I've always loved being around nature, that's how I got my magic. It is also the source of my aura and it boosts my advantage rates in a fight. I trained using my magic by trying to talk with plants around me, telepathically connecting our minds and hearing their voices.

Kasabay nu'n ay inuutusan ko silang atakihin ako upang ma-train din ang attack spells at combat ko. At the same time using my enhanced senses to feel my surroundings and using healing spells in order to heal the wounds I have.

By doing everything in one go, it could improve my regenerating aura skills and power attacks and efficiency of each elements. I just have to watch myself carefully to not overexert myself. If I do, my syndrome will show itself again.
