Chapter 19

"What?" I stood up and asked.

"I'm moving her Troy." She said again her eyes not losing contact with mines.

"I really can't believe this Emily." I said sitting back down.

"Do you not want me to move here?"

"What are you crazy? Of course I want you to move here. Remember the I couldn't survive without you." I said getting her to smile before it quickly vanished.

"Troy I have to tell you something." She said looking down.

"What is it Emily?"

"It's nothing forget about it." she said looking away again.

"Emily first is I can tell when you're lying. And I'm your best friend you can tell me anything." I said gently turning her head towards me.

"Okay. But don't think of our friendship any different. I wanted you know that ever since." Before Emily could finish speaking there was a knock on the door It was my Mom.

"I'm so sorry to interrupt but Emily your ride is here." My mom said what seem to look like an apologetic look on her. Face.

"Okay I'll be right down Thank you."

My Mom left and Emily sat up but I quickly grabbed her hand. Which made her quickly look back.

"What is it Troy?"

"What were you going to say" I ask making sure our eyes made contact.

"Troy it was nothing important trust me." She said looking away.

I knew she was lying again. But I just let it go this time I didn't want to aggravate her. Besides when she moves down here I can bug her everyday until she tells me. I let her hand go and walked her outside. When we walked outside she turned around and faced me.

"See you soon." She said wrapping her arms around me.

"How soon?" I asked wrapping my arms around her too.

"Probably the end of the school year maybe summer."

"That's way too long Emily."

She looked up at me and our eyes met. I never really paid attention to how beautiful her eyes were until now.

"Troy Troy are you paying attention to me?" She asked.

"Oh I'm sorry what were you saying." I said snapping out of my thoughts.

"I said next time I come here it'll be here to stay so you can wait for a little while."

"Kiss him already!" A voice shouted from the car.

"Oh my god shut up." Emily said as we both laughed.

"Before you go lets take a picture."

"Okay sure." She giggled I took my phone out and we just stood the way we were.

"Send me that picture." She said pulling away.

"Okay I will call me when you get back to Ohio so I'll know you're okay." I said watching her get into the car.

"Okay I will. Why would you say something like that." She said getting inside the car.

I watched the car drive away before going back inside. I looked at the picture of me and Emily and smiled. A along with Christmas and new year's a few months has passed.

The final bell has ringed to dismiss us from school. I walked out the library and met up with the others.

"So what's the plan for tonight on this lovely Friday?" Jake asked.

"We could go bowling or something." Rose said.

"Okay sounds good so what time?"
Mira asked.

"We really could go now and do something after." Matthew suggested everyone else agreeing with him. Mira drove with Rose Bradly with Jake and Matthew with me.

"Last one there have to pay for appetizers!"  Jake yelled Before driving off.

We drove off behind him. "So when are you going to let me see that beautiful lady at her house? And I'm not talking about your mom" Matt asked rising an brow.

"Whenever you want to man." I laughed me and and Matt became pretty close.

"Right now I want to see it right now." He said hitting his lap.

"Alright you're paying when were the last ones there." I said turning around driving home.

"No problem this is worth it." He said laughing.

We pulled up to my place and I parked next to my Moms car. I got a car for Christmas if you were wondering. I also got this beautiful lady who lives in my garage for Christmas too. We opened the doors and walked to the garage in went inside.

"Oh my god look at her." Mat said running to the bike.

"Calm down man it's just a bike." I laughing walking over to him.

"No man it's more than just a bike. This is a Kawasaki Ninja H2. She is really and truly a beauty. Your Mom boyfriend must really like you. To buy you this for Christmas."

"He's a pretty okay guy. I think he brought me the bike so I can be on his good side though. But let's get going." When we turned around a cop car was pulling to my house. The cop got out of his car and we walked towards him.

"How can I help you officer." I said when me and Matthew apporched him.

"Are you Troy?" He asked sounding a bit nervous.

"Yes I am I'm I in trouble? " I questioned.

"No it's your Mother her and a gentleman were recently involved in a car crash."
