Why the hell did I think it was a good idea to do this!? you think as you fall. Is this it? Is this the end? You hear the crowd yell in shock.
"Isn't that an employee?"
"What trust!"
"She'll die!"
"We are going to have to pause the fight people. We are having technical difficulties!" the announcer yells
"Someone help me!" you yell now halfway to your death
Zalgo throws out his hand and you feel like you're being held in the air. Wait you are! Zalgo is using telekinesis to hold you in the air. His expression is full of relief and he looks as if he's had the scare of his life.
All of a sudden you're falling again he lost his focus and you fall to the dirt. You take your necklace and hold it tight and close your eyes before you hit the dirt. Wow this is a long delay you think. You open your eyes and see. You were able to catch yourself before you hit the dirt. You drop yourself and prepare yourself to hit the dirt but a pair of hands have picked you up and you're not being held in someones arms. You open your eyes and see Ticci Toby. You see though the colored lenses of his goggles his eyes are wide you can hear he's panting quietly.
He looks up and turns his attention to the booth Zalgo was sitting in. Hes at the edge of his booth glad to see you haven't died.
"Come on!" Ben shouts though the silence "shes fine lets fight!"
he shoots the gun and the bullet hits Toby's goggles and they shatter and you cover your eyes. Eventually you open your eyes and see nothing but rage in Toby's eyes.
"Yo-yo-you just couldn't wa-wait could you!"
Toby sets you down and Ben shoots another bullet. Not at Toby but at you. You use the telekinesis inside your necklace and try to stop the bullet. Its not enough you realise and you move to the side and the bullet cuts your cheek. You feel warm liquid and touch the cut. Your fingers are drenched in blood. You hear something snap but there is no sign of anything being broken. You look down and see you're popping your knuckles. That wasn't the noise. Your mouth is moving side to side. You're grinding your teeth. That wasn't it either the noise was like a tapping in your head. It wasn't annoying or hurting you.
"Huh" you sass Ben "so that's how its gonna be?" you look up at him and see that disgusting smirk
You pick him up with telekinesis and throw him to the wall of the ring. The wall cracked and is partially broken.
"Come on knife ears!"
(Tell me if anyone gets that reference)
"You" Ben picks himself up "bitch!"
You're now making your way to him and little do you know the crowed is cheering.
"Ladies and gentleman we have a new fighter!"
"Come on Ben" you throw him in the air "you can take it right?" the push him down so fast he made a small crater "I mean being beaten to death is much worst that drowning am I right?"
You throw broken pieces of the wall at him as he lays there bloody and bruised
"I mean seriously who dies from drowning?" you hit him
Hes mad now, so mad his eyes are dark red and the additional blood on his face helped terrify the crowd. He kicks you about 10 feet and you see him struggle to stand up. Jane and Toby get in between the two of you.
"What the hell Ben!?" Jane shouts
"She's just an employee!" Toby yells
"Get. Out. Of. M-" But before Ben could finish Zalgo is behind him and he taps his forehead making Ben collapse.
He looks at Toby and Jane " I thank you for protecting my worker, your match will be postponed until next week"
He turns to a knocked out Ben "as for this filthy creature" he tosses him at the door "get him out of here and tell him he's banned from the ring until further notice"
Two employees pick him up and are now carrying him out. Jane and Toby are talking to each other and Toby has now taken off his broken goggles.
"Those eyes" you mumble they're so familiar you thought
Zalgo approaches you and sighs "go clean yourself up and come in tommorow at normal time"
You leave the ring and find a first aid in the health room. Ben has just been cleaned up and is now being carried out. Hes still out cold and one of the nurses sees you and trembles with fear.
"M-miss y/n" she says in a nervous surprise "you did well in your fight"
"He was asking for it" you mumble "mind helping me?"
She gets the idea and opens a metal box with a red plus on it. She gets a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol and cleans the cut of your face. She puts a small bandage on your cheek and hands you a mirror.
"What do you think?" she asks
You look and see she knows what shes doing and you nod in appreciation to her work. She smiles back and closes the box.
"I'm afraid it is going to leave a scar but maybe with the right healing process it will heal with no scars at all"
"Its alright I don't care if it leaves a mark I have plenty of scars" you get up and leave without listening to the woman's answer.
As you walk though the halls you can see people are scared of you. People are getting out of your way and they are avoiding eye contact at all costs. It wasn't me you thought that I would have never done something like that. What happened with me? A pain reaches your head. It's Zalgo. You fall to your knees and cover your ears as you push out the pain.
"Meet me in my office" he whispers
"Fine" you hiss
Damn it hurts when he does that! You think. You look around and see that people are worried about you but they are too scared to touch your shoulder or help you.
"I'm fine" you speak out
You make your way to the office of your boss and see he has been pacing around for quite some time. He sees you and falls into his chair.
"There you are!"
"Yeah"
"Okay no riddles or confusion" he leans forward " that was amazing"
He stands up as you walk over to your chair and sit down
"I want you to fight from now on"
"I could die!"
"You didn't die this time!" he smirks
"I'm going to be your friend and give you a promotion, you don't have to come in for more hours but the only change is that you'll be fighting"
He plucks the necklace from your neck and taps it about three times. He shoves it into your skin under the middle of your collarbone. It buns and you scream he holds you in place and the jewelry sinks into your skin. Its still visible but its now halfway into your skin.
"What the hell Zalgo!"
"I'm your boss and you do as I say. And I say you're a fighter now!"
