Arthur stared across the vast room at his fiance, who was being fitted into a blue suit. He couldn't help it, Alfred was gorgeous... especially whenever he didn't have his glasses on. It just made him think about the night before then. The look that was on his face under the stars... it was just so perfect... he didn't know how to handle it.
Arthur tried to focus on the task at hand. There were an array of suits and dresses in front of him, he wasn't sure which he was supposed to try on, but went for a blue suit with a silver hem. One of the maids helped him into it as he watched Alfred's through a mirror, making eye contact once, but instantly looking away. He forced himself to focus on the outfits.

Alfred smiled to himself while watching Arthur through the mirror. The expression he had made was perfect.
Alfred knew that Arthur was thinking about what had happened between them... especially since he was thinking about the same thing. Images of the darkened room, the stars, Arthur's adorable face... it was all burned in his memory. He was cursed to keep thinking back to it, no matter how much he tried to focus.
Alfred unbuttoned his top and pulled his pants off, trading his clothes for another possible outfit from a maid. He looked into the mirror and saw Arthur staring at him with a bright shade of red on his face as a maid tied a bow tie on him.
Alfred grinned and turned, facing Arthur. He winked, enjoying the reaction when Arthur's eyes widened and he looked away while muttering curses under his breath. Alfred laughed and began putting his pants on with a calm, triumphant smile.

"Your highness?" Alfred snapped out of his daze and looked down at Yao. "Yes Wang?" "The preparations are all ready. The wedding will be tomorrow, then you and your army can advance. The ace has made it clear he will be taking his ranks through the heart kingdom then through the diamonds. If they refuse, we should know that they are sided with clubs and we will defeat them."
Alfred nodded "And Arthur?" Yao cocked his head "What about him?" "Does he know that I'm going to war after our wedding?" Yao tugged on his collar slightly "Well... no... we figured it'd be best to tell him once you're gone already. That way he won't hold you back from going."
The king looked down "Right... well... where is my queen now?" Yao adjusted his feather hat and smiled "He's currently fanboying over you in his room." Alfred raised an eyebrow "He's what?" Yao smiled "You'll have to see it for yourself to believe me. I don't think I've ever seen someone so flustered by you" He said with a laugh.
Alfred shook his head with a smile. "Ok... let's go then. But I swear if he's drunk I'm blaming you." "Why me?" Alfred stared at the jack as he stood "Remember what happened last year... the jack and king of hearts." Yao laughed "Yeah... that... Well let's go find the queen!" He said, instantly changing the subject.
