So I've never written a Pokemon x Pokemon, and to be honest, the thought had never occurred to me, but when I thought about Suicune and Arceus I realized how much potential there was.

This one is pretty angsty and I'm not quite sure if it's shippy enough to be a ship chapter, but I really enjoyed writing this. It's definitely up there as one of my faves.

Enjoy.

Since the beginning if existence, Arceus had ruled over the vast void that it called home. There was no light, no dark, no time, no space. Nothing.

Arceus wasn't sure of what I could do. Or what it couldn't. It had not been created, born, found, or anything of the sort. It just was. And it would be.

Tired of the endless nothingness that it inhabited, Arceus created two creatures to rule under him. Palkia, the regal guardian of space, and Dialga, the noble guardian of time.

Now that his universe had structure to it, he felt much less lonely, but the temperaments of his two creations had proven to be too much, they would lash out at each other, and had to be kept in order, separately.

Arceus placed the two in their own dimensions where they could servey time and space accordingly for their own.

Disturbed by their earlier fighting, Arceus began to long for a more harmonious existence.

It set out, exploring the vast expanse of Palkia's space, before coming upon a planet of blue and green. It was then that Arceus decided that it would make a world in which everything depended on one another.

And thus, it had created the world of Pokemon. Creatures that helped the planet, but could also potentially harm it. This natural balance pleased the mighty god.

But there was something missing, Arceus felt the need to communicate, to share it's discoveries and it's stories, and hear about new happenings in its world of Pokemon.

And that was when, Arceus created man.

Man was intelligent, it learned quickly, and through the use of Dialga's time, Arceus thought it had created the most perfect world. It shared stories of his universe with the humans, and chosen humans told it of stories in their world.

But over time, Arceus could tell that nothing was perfect. The humans fought wars, drew Pokemon into the carnage, and destroyed themselves.

Many times, Arceus would create beings to prove to the humans that their fighting was needless, but even then, some of its creations had gone to war themselves.

It began with the three birds, Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres, to convey to humans that even elements that were so far apart could live in harmony.

Then it created Groudon, a being who could grant the humans new lands to discover, and Kyogre who could give them new seas to travel, as well as Rayquaza the overseer of the heavens to watch over this process.

It created a Pokemon of both truth and ideals to hopefully quell the squabbles between the importance of the two, but even then humans greed split the Pokemon, leaving nothing but an empty shell.

It had even created Giratina, divine creature of the Reverse World. A creature who resided over the realm that would balance out the evil deeds committed by its other creations.

But soon, the harmony between the birds was torn, land and sea clashed, pulling in the sky as well, truth and ideals warred for centuries without end, and the Reverse World became tainted and impure.
