1965. Los Angeles, California.
"But Brian," John moaned as he laid on the sofa of the band's hotel room. "Do we have to go to this stupid party?"
Brian Epstein looked at Mr. Lennon in an annoyed way.
"Yes, John," he replied. "Of course you have to go. You'll make lots of new friends there. I hear there's a new band that's going to be there who call themselves 'The American Beatles'!"
"'The American Beatles'?" Paul asked as he was tying his tie. "That's sort of an odd name for a band."
"Well, that's not their actual name," Brian clarified. "Their real name is... Uh..."
"What's the matter Brian?" mocked George who was tying the laces on his dress shoes. "Can't remember the lads' name?"
Brian struck George a very irritated look. All he wanted was to get to this party on time for once.
"Come on," he practically begged. "Are you guys ready yet?"
John sighed, popped a mint into his mouth and said, "Yes, sir!" followed by a mocking salute.
Paul finished combing his moptop hair and replied, "Yes!"
George grabbed a piece of candy for the road and said, "Ready!"
"Wait a minute..." Brian hesitated. "Where's Ringo?"
"Right here!" Ringo shouted as he scattered out of the bathroom. "All set!"
"Finally," Brian sighed. "Let's go."
