I woke up at 3 A.M in a cold sweat. I had a dream that it was the same murder scene but after the killer was done with Madyson, she started walking towards me. I ran as fast as I could away from her and she started chasing me. She caught up to me and jumped onto me. As soon as she sunk the knife into my back I woke up. The adrenaline felt so real.
As I tried to go back to sleep I heard sobbing from down stairs. I crept out of my room and down the stairs. I followed the sobbing sounds into the living room and saw Mom sitting on the couch crying.
"Mom, are you ok?" I asked. "What's wrong?"
She told me everything. She was upset about Dad. She missed him. She then asked me why I was up so late. I told her about my dream. We stayed up watching movies, eating popcorn, and drinking tea until we couldn't keep our eyes open anymore. I don't even know what time we fell asleep.
When I woke up Mom was gone. I heard noises from the kitchen and assumed it was her. I went upstairs to get dressed and do my hair and makeup. As I was walking back down the stairs I tripped and fell. I landed on my hand and twisted it. It hurt so bad I started screaming. Mom helped me up and to the car. I just sat there staring at my hand. My wrist was starting to swell.
When we got to the hospital they did an x-ray on my hand and wrist. They told me that I fractured my wrist. Mom called Dad on my phone. She knew he wouldn't answer if it was hers. She told him about my fractured wrist and if he wanted to visit me in the hospital she would be ok with that. He didn't want to visit me just because Mom was there. Mom put the phone on speaker so I could speak to him too. I told him he was being childish. He won't visit his child in the hospital just because his ex-wife is there.
