Disappointed// Ethan Dolan Fanfic

Chapter 8

Last night Taylor drove me home around 1:00am. I had a great time with Ethan and I hope I get to see him more often.

I woke up around 10 this morning and then I ate breakfast. I am jumping in the shower now.

After I was done doing my makeup, I checked my notifications. I had a bunch of messages from my group chat with the girls. I unlock my phone and start to read them.

Vanessa: Anyone down for pizza?

Katie: dude is that even a question

Taylor: HELL YAH

Vanessa: Skylar?

Taylor: Can Cam come?

Vanessa: yah sure

Pizza sounds so good right now. So I reply.

Me: Yah I am down

I get an instant reply.

Vanessa: YAY! Lets all meet at Brooklyn's in 15.

Katie: K see you there

Taylor: kk

I only have 10 minutes, since it takes 5 minutes to get there, so I head to my closet to pick out an outfit. Since we were just going out for pizza, I didn't need to be fancy. I decided on my navy blue Ivory Ella shirt, light-washed ripped jeans, with white converse. I get dressed and then grab my purse.

The movers arrived with the rest of our stuff, including my brothers car and mine on Thursday. Thank god, so I don't have to have my mom take me to school anymore.

I grab my keys and am about to walk out the door when my phone rings. Its Vanessa, so I pick up.

Vanessa: Heyy, just wanted to let you know that the twins are going be there.

I can't help but smile. I am super excited to see Ethan after last night. I can't wait to talk to him. I open my car door, and get inside.

Me: Oh okay cool.

Van: have you left yet?

Me: About to. Why?

Van: Just wondering. Wanna spend the night at mine tonight?

Me: Yeah sure.

Van: Okay cool. I am waiting in my car for people to get here. Hurryyy upppp

Me: Okay I am leaving now.

Van: kk, bye boo. See ya soon

Me: kk. Byeeee.

With that I hang up, and drive to the pizza place.

I pull in the parking lot and park near the pizza place. I pull out my phone and text the group chat.

Me: I'm here

Then I get out of the car and walk towards the pizza place, when I hear my name.

"Skylar," I turn around to see Ethan running up to me.

"Hey, Ethan." I say and give him a smile.

"How are you?" He asks.

"I am good. Just hungry."

"Same."

"Where is Grayson?" I ask.

"He is just parking the car." He says this as we walk into the pizza parlor.

We walk in to find everyone else is here. Cameron, Taylor, Vanessa, Katie, Aaron, and some dude I don't know.

"Hey guys." I say as Ethan and I walk up to the table and sit down. Ethan sits right next to me.

"This is Hunter," says Katie. He looks familiar so I am assuming that this was the guy from last night.

"Hey, I'm Skylar." I say.

"We already ordered the pizza." Vanessa says.

We are sitting at a long table, in the corner of the pizza place. It goes Aaron, Vanessa, then me, then Ethan. On the other side Hunter is sitting across from Aaron, then it goes Katie, Taylor, then Cameron. There is an empty seat next to Cameron so when Grayson gets in here he will sit there.

We all start to laugh and talk, and I am honestly so happy. Moving was the best decision. I haven't thought about the accident at all today.

Grayson came in about a minute later, and everyone just made small talk until our pizza got there.

After we all finished eating, we all said our goodbyes. Everyone parted ways, but the twins stuck around. I was gathering all my things, and by this point it was only Grayson, Ethan, and I.

I get up and walk out of the parlor and they were not far behind.

"The car is this way Ethan." Grayson says pointing the opposite way of my car.

"I am going to walk Skylar to her car." Ethan says looking at me.

"Oh okay. I will be in the car." Grayson says turning on his heels walking to the car. "Bye, Skylar."

"Bye Grayson." I smile and then Ethan and I start to walk to the car.
