053 "Ruined Friendship"

Hansol stares at Wonho down to his hand that is currently wrapping my waist and suddenly, his eyes went blank and a unreadable smirk plastered on his lips. He then slowly lifts his emotionless stare to catch my eyes. I couldn't blink. I unconsciously fought back to his staring game with the obvious scared emotion written in my eyes.

“So, you guys are together? Again?” he asks coldly, averting his eyes to Wonho without brushing off the smirk.

Wonho's grip on my waist went tighter and he even pulled me closer. With his forehead held up high, he proudly responded to Hansol's question with a sly grin across his face.

“Don't ask the obvious thing,”

“Really? After hurting her and leaving her without saying anything? You're back like as if nothing happened?” Hansol mockingly said, giving Wonho the most annoying smile which got me a bit surprise.  I have always thought that Hansol was nice guy who never learned to intimidate other people but I think I got him wrong.

“You don't know anything,” I heard a hint of anger in Wonho's tone which made my chest quiver.  I gulped so hard wanting to get us out of this place before anything might happen if this shit continues but the problem is I can't move any muscles. Even my eyes cannot  blink.

“Yes, I don't know anything like you holding my girlfriend by her waist.”

Before I could realised Hansol's statement, Wonho rapidly moves, pulling Hansol by his collar which made the all customers to draw their attentions to us. My lips parted as my body froze and my feet stifled on the ground while watching them. I know how stupid I am, doing nothing but staring with my eyes wide open to the guys who are fighting over me.

“Hyung stop this,” Yuta and Johnny went quickly behind Wonho to pull him away from Hansol but he resisted and pushes them off.

“Don't you fucking claim my girlfriend as yours you fucktard!” Wonho growled pushing Hansol forcefully which causes him to fall on the ground. Wonho walks towards Hansol with his hand balled in a fist. He was about to send a punch on Hansol's face  when a security guard suddenly grabs his arm, forcibly pulling him away from Hansol.

They drag Wonho out of the place together with the three guys who are already on their feet. Fortunately, I manage to walk my way to follow them. I can feel that every eyes are watching us but this isn't the right time to think about it.

“The four of you are no longer allowed to enter this establishment!” One of the security guards shouted as they harshly push the four guys out of the Pancake house.

I run quickly towards Wonho. He got pushed forcefully which causes him to fell on the ground. I help him to get on his feet and I dusted off his jeans.

“Are you alright?” I asked full of worries. He nods his head and he gave me a small smile before turning his eyes to look behind me.

“Hyungwon will not be able to get her pancake because of you dumbfuck!” Wonho spurted angrily throwing his index finger to Hansol.

“Says the one who attacked me,” The boy answered teasingly which made Wonho to get pissed again but I was quick to block him before anything bad will happen. Wonho looks down on me and I mouthed stop with my pleading eyes. His eyes went soft and lovely, totally different from earlier that is full of anger, as he hugs me and puts a gentle kiss on my forehead.

After that, I pulled away from Wonho and slowly turn my back to see Hansol and his friends Yuta and Johnny who are totally confuse and a bit afraid.

“Hansol,” I sighed as I mentioned his name.

“Hyungwon hindi ka pa ba nadadala!? Ilang beses ka ng sinaktan ng taong yan! Wala siyang kwenta!” Hansol bursted in rage and I can see in his eyes the pain.

“Sinong walang kwen--”

“Wonho please stop! Totoo naman ang sinabi ni Hansol eh!” I yelled with all the might I have and Wonho suddenly went quiet.

“Hyungwon lumayo ka na sa lalaking yan! He doesn't deserve you! You're way too good for that bastard!”

“I.. I know,” I answered, my voice stuttering. Silence passes by us before I continued speaking. “But I love Wonho. This may sound so cliche but, he is my everything.”

Hansol was taken a back by the words I spilled until he finally realized that this fight is already over.

“I thought I was winning,” he said bitterly as a sad smile flashes on his face. “Well, I guess I will never win to Shin Hoseok no matter what I do,”

“I'm sorry,” I uttered and tears came rolling down to me cheeks.

“I'll see you,” Hansol finally turns his back to us. I felt the guilt flowed through my veins and I cried even more.

Wonho quickly holds me by the arms, turning me around to face him. He cupped my face and wipes my tears away using his thumbs.

“Hush down baby,” he whispered as he wraps me in warm and comforting hug. I snuggled to his chest, still a crying mess.

Hansol is a good guy and I can't afford losing a great friend like him. I know, I am so stupid and idiot for giving the guy the hope when I actually can't reciprocate the feelings he had for me. I truly am sorry but it is all too late for me. I ruined everything. I hurt the guy who knows nothing but to care about me and I broke the best friendship that I had for almost 8 years.
