As the group was finally together once Eddie and Richie had came, Bill, being the greatest person he was, sat next to Will on the floor with some of the other boys as the Goonies ended at around four. Everyone decided that E.T. Should be the next movie to play since it wasn't too terrifying for Eddie to die of an asthma attack. So now, the Steven Spielberg movie began to play throughout the hours while Richie kept making jokes and Stan making suspicious questions about the reality of the movie that made Lucas and Ben agree with.

There wasn't that much room on the couch, so most of the boys sat on the floor while Mike, El, Ben, and Bev took the couch and Dustin took the Lay-Z-Boy. Bill, Will, Richie, and Eddie sat in front of the couch, but not too close that they could feel their legs and Max, Stan, and Lucas sat near Dustin. But Bill still longed for something, but he knew not to be mean to Ben. Of course, he knew that Ben had a crush on her and knew that Ben was a great guy, but he still felt suspicious. He did not know whether he had feelings for Bev, but whatever it was, it made his stomach flutter just thinking about it.

But even with those thoughts, Bill seemed to enjoy this moment with all of his new friends. It was fairly nice to just relax after what they are going to do tomorrow. Some of the people that he had met today felt like lifelong friends like Mike, who believed that Derry was cursed and probably will always be cursed by the haunting of Pennywise and Max, who tried to be tough on the outside, but was just a sweet person who was hiding herself.

But Bev was the most changed in Bill's opinion. Of course he had seen her in school and he had kissed her in fifth grade, but she had become a lot more like a woman now. She was also independent and didn't need guys unlike every girl in school who believed she needed them to lose her virginity. I guess Bill could say that she was almost like Artemis, the Greek goddess of the hunt that was independent and smart.

He felt movement from behind him as someone slowly left the couch and sit next to him. "Hey," The voice called out, making him jump as he turned his head to see who it was. It was Bev, sitting crisscrossed next to him as her eyes looked beautiful while the movie played. Bill could feel his heart raced as her eyes stared into his.

"Heh-Hey," Bill whispered softly as he gave her a smile.

Bev smiled back, using her hand to move her hair away from her face. "I'm sorry," She breathed out. "If you want to go back up I can, I just,"

"No, yuh-you're fuh-fine," Bill said softly, his cheeks turning red. Why am I feeling like this? He thought inside his head.

Bev smiled and stared at Bill. "Thanks,"

Bill looked down awkwardly, his cheeks turning pink before he looked over at the others, who seemed to be focused on the movie including Will, who sat right next to him. Bill looked back at her and asked. "Do you want to talk away from heh-here?"

"Sure," Bev whispered sweetly. She stood up silently, walking across the room from behind the couch while the others continued watching the movie.
