*MIA'S POV*

After the surprise Jace took me for the night we spent the night having sex which was peaceful expect our moans going off and on. After that night,
we decided to leave around 11 am due to a misunderstanding with a 911 phone call Jace received when he woke up. But that's not all something terrible happened....

At home I look at the table sitting on the chair with my eyes trying not to tear up.

"So let me get this straight." I said holding my tears in.

"You decided to not to check on Ava during the night. Am I correct?"

I look at Ben.

"Yes ma'am."

"Why in the hell did you decide to not check on her! Why! am I not able to hold her and kiss her right when I got home!"

"Bec-" he was cut off by Jace.

"Mia, enough.." Jace calmly.

I got up and stormed out of the room, slamming the bedroom door behind me.

Sliding down the door tears making it's way out of my eyes.

I cried in silence for a good half-n-hour.

*JACE'S POV*

"Mia, enough.." I said calmly.

Ben and I watched Mia storm out of the room and hearing our bedroom door slam shut.

"Jace.. Once again I'm REALLY sor-" I cut him off.

"Stop being a pussy and apologize you know the code no saying your sorry around me, it sounds like it to me that you are weak. I don't need weak, I need strength. Get out of my sight."

He left looking like a pussy he is.

I sighed a little bit loud. Why did I become so attach to Ava? I know she's my daughter but I never never protected someone that is real blood related.

Even Mia.

I know it was a one night stand but after her getting pregnant,finding out that I have child and getting to know her more. She is growing on me like, I'm in love with her.

Ughhh.

I get up to go see if she is alright. Getting up from the stupid chair I go to the bedroom feeling the knob that its locked and also cry's coming from the other side of the door.

"Why was I so... so.. Stupid enough to let you  in my life." Mia said

"It may be for Ava's sake but you let me in for me to love you."

The room was silence including me.

"You know, Her first word was dadda. I don't even know where she even learned that word in the first place, I tried every single day trying to get you out of my head, because I'm pretty sure you were drinking your whiskey bullshit and-and having sex with women trying to clear your head or something 'entertaining' to do. When Ava is found, I'm taking Ava and I away from here and especially you." She punched the door a little because of her anger.

"Mia, babe, I'm sorry this happened. I didn't mean this happen.... Can you just trust me! I LOVE YOU THAN I HAVE EVER FELT BEFORE! THIS IS A FUCKING NEW EXPERINCE FOR ME BECAUSE YOUR THE ONLY ONE I LOVE!!!"

I rested my hands on the door along with my head on the door inshame.

Seconds later I heard a noise coming from the bottom of the door seeing it was...

The Promise ring.

"Fine if thats the way you feel then glad your being honest.." I walked away from her, how dare she in the fucking first place she does this to me. I have never felt this way about anyone and thats the truth I'm being honest about love.

After a whiskey break have someone get Mia some food...
