Zak had left late for his meeting with guys and asked if I could help organize somethings. It was only a few days left till the guys leave for Ireland. I knew Zak was looking forward to this investigation but with all the research I did and I didn't like it. I was uncomfortable with him going. I know that he has done this all before but this one felt different. "Shayne I'm home!" "I'm in ur office." Zak came in with a dozen roses one which was white. "I know ur worried about me going and I want u to know that we will have a priest with us so we will be safe!" He said handing the roses. I took them with a smile. "U can be so charming sometimes u know that." "I try!" He said as he walked out of the room.
I followed Zak out of the room and took the flowers to the kitchen. "So what time does ur flight leave?" I asked. "Oh yeah about that...." "Don't tell me." He grinned, "Zak seriously!" "It's only a few extra days. We leave in the morning and will be back in a week!" I rolled my eyes and walked away. "Shayne wait..." I kept walking. "Shayne!" "Is that why u got the flowers because u are feeling guilty about leave early!" "Well...yes and no!" I turned and started to walk up the stairs. "Shayne wait. Just listen to me." I turned and looked at him he knew I was mad, "I'm sorry. It was a last minute decision. I wasn't planning to keep that from u!" "Really so when were u planning on telling me?" "I'm sorry!" I looked at him, let out a heavy sigh and said, "It's fine, really!" And I turned and walked away.
