"He is doing better!" I said. "What are the doctors thinking?" Aaron asked. "They don't know...he is getting slightly better day by day!" "Well Jay Bill and I will be up in a while to see u guys, if anything chances before we get there call me!" "You know I will!" "Ok I'll talk to u soon!" "Ok bye!" I hung up the phone and stood in the hall trying to take it all in.

I stood in the hall for a few minutes than decided to take a walk. I didn't want to leave Zak alone for to long so I stayed as close to the room as possible. The halls were silent, it was almost like there was no one there. Than I heard the doctors and nurses rushing down the hall to another room, I stood there by that room and just watched as the medical staff worked there magic. As the time went on I decided to head back to check on Zak.

Once I got back I noticed the guys were already in the room. "Oh hey when did u guys get here?" I asked greeting them all. "About five minutes ago! Where were you?" Jay asked. "Oh I was just down the hall!" The guys and I sat and talked awhile. We sat and shared stories of Zak. "Remember when u guys met?" Aaron asked me. "Oh my God aaron...ugh...I hated him. He was so obnoxious." I laughed. Through the laughter I heard a whisper, "Shayne!" I looked at the guys, "Did u hear that?" I asked. "Shayne!" I got up and noticed Zak opened his eyes and was calling out to me. "Zak..." I ran to his side. He was kind of in and out of it. "Where am I?" "Ur in the hospital....Aaron got get the doctor." Tears ran from his eyes. I took his hand to reassure him as the doctor came in. "Zak I'm Dr. Bradley I'm just gonna take a look at u." He was still alittle unaware of what was going on. "Do u have any pain anywhere?" The doctor asked. "My head..." "Ok anywhere else?" "No..." He said. "Ok!" The doctor finished looking Zak over and said that everything looked normal. But he was experiencing some memory loss which is common from being in a coma. "Thank u so much doctor!" Aaron said. "So what now? When can he come home?" I asked. "Well we want to make sure he will be ok to go home so it may be a few days." "Ok!" He smiled and left room. I turned and watched as Zak looked at me. It was so great to see those beautiful blue eyes again. "Shayne we are gonna go going so u and Zak can catch up!" Billy said. "Are u sure? I mean ur guys can stay a little bit longer!" He looked over at Zak and smiled and than looked back at me, "We will catch up tomorrow, this is important!" He gave me a hug as he smiled. "Thanks guys!" I said.
