Love In the Niall River *Completed*

-NIALL'S POV-

Two days after Sam had woken up from her coma  (turns out she wasn't fine, she hit her head off the bottom of the pool and lost a lot of blood), I received a letter of summoning.

A letter of summoning to court.

I was being sued for assaulting Darren. When I told the others, they all reacted. I mean all.

Ky: ''That jerk! I don't know why I even made Sam stay with him!''

Louis:'' He put someone in a coma and gave them a concussion and HE'S the one complaining?''

Harry:'' Son of a b***h.....''

Tori: ''I so wanna punch his pretty face in until he needs plastic surgery! He can't get away with this!''

Zayn: ''He deserves to be messed up!''

Brielle: ''He shouldn't be allowed to do that! But, that slimeball would do it anyway!''

Alexia: ''Can I beat him up Sam?''

Liam: ''I'm in on that too!''

Sam: ''Well, well, well. I guess I'm gonna have some fun. Man,I've wanted something like this for so long......''

That one shocked me. She seems almost delighted I'm being sued, but I put that  thought away as I drive myself, the boys, and Ky, to court. I hope the paps didn't hear about this......too late. I guess the security Liam called will come in handy.

After we got in, and Judge Sarah Blake entered the room, things got nasty. ''Mr. Darren McCain, you are suing Mr. Niall Horan for assault. Correct?''

''Yes, Your Honor.''

'' And you, Mr. Horan, claim that the Plaintiff was drowning one of your close friends, so you hit him. Is that correct?''

''Yes, Your Honor.''

The case took a long time. Judge Blake took a break to declare the final sentence. When she returned, a bad feeling grew in the pit of my stomach.

''I am in favour of the Plantiff, who receives 2,000 dollars (they're in Canada).''

But, just before the gavel hit the desk..

''Wait Your Honor!!" 

I turned to see a blond woman in a pencil skirt and matching blouse behind me. Her hair was done up in a bun, and her heels clicked on the floor. Then, she spoke again, in an all serious tone,

'' As Samantha Kain, and as the Defendants laywer, I would like to testify.''
