Day one

Elena POV

Damon picks me bridal style but I hiss in pain when another pain shoots up from between my legs and I put my head in Damon's neck to hid my pained face from him

"Is it your stomach again"damon asked quietly into my ear

I shook my head against his neck as he slowly walked me to the bathroom

"It's from last night isn't it"damon said with sadness

I just nodded my head softly.I was to weak to fight with him about this right now the pain took a lot out of me

"I'm going to take your robe off now ok"damon asked as he got to the full tub

I nodded my head once again.He kept me in his arms but he took his left hand out from under me and kept his right one under me a human man couldn't do this but Damon wasn't a human so he did it with ease

He gently took my robe off and put it on the ground then he gently slipped me in the tub

"Bonnie said a bath will help with the pain"damon said softly as he sat down beside the bath after I was in it

I did feel uncomfortable with him seeing me naked even though he saw me naked hours ago but damon already knew how I felt so his eyes never left mine

I close my eyes just to rest them for a moment but then I feel something soft touch my stomach I slowly open my eyes and see Damon's hand rested on my stomach with his head rested on the edge of the tub as he looked at my softly swollen tummy.He had the biggest smile I have ever seen on his face he looked so happy

He started to slowly rub circles on my stomach it made me feel safe the feeling of his hand on my stomach and hearing the water quietly splash

Damon moved his head as close as he could to my stomach with out touching the water and then he whispered

"I love you baby"damon said with a smile

He loved our baby and she wasn't even a day old in my tummy even if she's growing much faster but I guess she's like a month now but I don't really know

I put my hand on top of Damon's hand and his head shoots to look at me

"I thought you were asleep"damon said with a soft smile

"No"i said as I moved my head to the side and smiled at him

"Your stomach is a little swollen"damon said as he rubbed my stomach again

"Yea I know"i said as I pulled my hand away from his and looked at him as he watched my stomach

"So what do you think the baby is going to be"Damon asked me as he looked at my stomach

"A baby girl with black hair and blue eyes like her father"i say as I looked at him

I always had this picture of what me and Damon's baby would look like and I always saw her as I little girl running with a smile on her face with blue eyes and black hair

"You think so"damon said and looked at me

"I know so"i said and cupped his face in my hand

"And how would you know something like that"damon asked with a smirk

"Cause I've been dreaming of her as long as I can remember"i said and put my hand back

"So what do you want to do today"damon asked as he took his hand out from the water

"I would love to see the Eiffel tower"i said with a smile
