Cabin in the woods

Elena POV

I was watching as the trees went by second by second we got farther from mystic falls we have been driving for a few hours now so my eyes were starting to get heavy as my body wanted to sleep I give Damon a quick look. He of course was wearing black on black like always. He turns to me and looks at me with worry

"You look tired why don't you rest your head on my lap so you can sleep till I can find a motel or something for us ok"damon said

"Ok"i nodded my head and unbuckled the seatbelt as damon puts his right arm around my back I then gently put my head on Damon's lap and move my feet up so they were against the car door

My knees were almost touching my stomach as I rested my hand on my tummy which damon copies and put his on top of mine

I turn a little so I was on my back and looking up at Damon god he was beautiful his beautiful blue eyes almost hidden from his lashes and his black hair just softly touching his face he was a god he was the most beautiful man I have ever seen and I loved him and some how he loved me too

"Why me?"i said as I looked up at him with an innocent look on my face

"Why you what?"damon asked as he gave me a quick look

"Why do you love me?"i asked with tried eyes

Damon chuckles before he answers as if something I said was funny

"I love you because your brave, selfless and your caring and also your my soulmate"damon said the last part and looked at me

"Are you sure it not just because I'm a good kissing"i said with a chuckle

"Elena if that was the only reason I would not be here right now"damon said with a smirk

"HEY!"i said with a laugh and hit his arm

"Ouch that really hurt"damon said with a fake sad face

"Oh poor baby"i said as I moved back to my side

"No but really Elena I love you because your the most amazing girl I have ever met"damon said

"And I love you because you make me feel sparks every time you touch me and I feel like I'm going to melt when I see your eyes"i said as I tried my head and looked up at him

He looks down at me with a smile and then looks back at the road. I moved my hand back to my side and away from my stomach

Damon slowly puts his hand under my shirt not in a sexual way just so his hand was rested on my belly he then slowly rubes circles onto my stomach I close my eyes at the feeling of his soft but strong hand he made me feel so safe

"I can't wait to meet her"i breathed out with my eyes still closed

"How do you know its going to be a girl"damon asked

"We've already been threw this damon I told you I've been dreaming about her"i said as I opened my eyes

"So that makes it a 100% chance your having a girl"damon said with a smile

"No it's just a fact when a man gets older his sperm gets older too and female sperm are stronger and your 170 years old so your sperm are really old so it's a very good chance that the baby is a girl"i said with a chuckle at the end

"You mean it's the man that makes it whether or not a boy or a girl I didn't know that"damon said

"Yep so that's why I think we're are having a girl as well the dreams too"i said

"So it's because I'm really old"damon said with a chuckle

"Yep it's a little weird that your in love with a 17 year old when your 170 if you ask me"I said with a smirk

"Yea I might have lived that long but physically I'm only 24 so really it's ok"damon said

"Yea but your still a pedophile"i said with a smirk

Damon's whole body stiffened he didn't laugh like he was supposed to I could tell he didn't like what I said and I knew right after I said it I regretted it instantly

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that"i said as I sat up in my sit so my head was know longer on his lap

He didn't say anything at all he just sat there and looked straight at the road in front of us

"Damon please look at me I'm sor-"I was cut of from a wave of nausea hit me head

"Stop the car"i coughed out as my hand went over my mouth

Damon pulled over as fast as he could with out stoping the car so fast that it would hurt me.I jumped out of the car as fast as I could so I could empty my stomach

I fall to my knees at the side of the car and empty my stomach I feel Damon's hand on my back and rubbed his hand in circles in a soothing motion it help but only just a little

"I'm sorry Elena I knew you were just joking I shouldn't have taken it like that"damon said after my stomach was empty

"It's ok"i said but then start to dry heave

"Oh sweetheart I'm so sorry"damon said but he sounded as if he was pleading

I took I few deep breaths and leaned back in to Damon's chest and rested my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes

"Can we just get back on the road I feel really weak right now"i whispered to him

"Yes of course"damon said as he put his arm under my legs and there other around my waist and pulled me up to his chest and then he stood up

He put me gently back in the car I rested my head on the head rest I open my eyes just a little just as Damon closed the door and I turn my head and look at the drivers side and waited for Damon

"I love you damon...and I'm sorry...for what I said"I said and then close my eyes and let sleep take over

Once I wake up I look out the window and see trees and well more trees we were in a forest I look to the drivers side and see damon pulling the keys out and then looks at me

"Oh good your up...welcome to your temporary home"damon said as he looked at a cabin that I didn't even know was there

The cabin was probably a little smaller then the lake house it was a log cabin it looked old and probably hasn't been lived in for a very all time

"Where are we"i asked as I looked at Damon

"In the middle of know where now come on let's get you inside I need you to sign the papers so vampires can't get in"Damon said

I nodded my head as Damon got out of the car and went over to my side and opened the door and scooped me up in his arms and walked over to the cabin.

I looked around at my new home.Life was going to be different now much different.
