Another Adventure and Baby Part 2

A few hours later, after Petra rested after having Samuel, the Order of the Stone (plus Feona, Juliana, and Jessica) were ready to go on another adventure like they planned before. They hoped that nothing would happen this time. Samuel is staying behind with Jesse, Feona, and Juliana's aunt Kaylie while they are gone.

"How are you feeling mommy?" I asked as she walked in the living room. Samuel is in his room sleeping with Kaylie.

"I am fine sweetie," mommy says, patting me in the back. "I am just happy that you are a big sister now."

"I will be the greatest big sister I can ever be," I said, pumping my fist in the air. "I will do everything I can to make his life great!"

"Thank you sweetie for saying that," daddy says, patting me on the back. "Me and mommy are sure that you will be a great big sister."

"Hey Jessica, can I see you for a second?" Aunt Juliana says, motioning for me to come.

"Sure Aunt Juliana," I say, coming to her. "What is up?"

"I just wanted to say thank you for being so calm when your mommy was having Samuel."

"I wasn't when she screamed though," I say, hanging my head low.

"I know, but you were just looking out for her," Aunt Juliana says, patting my back. "You will be a great big sister, I just know it."

"Thanks Aunt Juliana," I say, giving her a hug.

"Your welcome Jessica," she says, walking away while Uncle Axel comes over.

"You ready for the adventure Jess?" He asks. "It will be fun, I just know it."

"I am kind of ready," I say. "Mommy said that t would be a little more dangerous than the other adventures that I have been on. I am worried about what could happen."

"Don't be," Aunt Feona says, overhearing the conversation. "You will be absolutely fine. We will protect you from any danger that could be there while on the adventure."

"Okay I trust you Aunt Feona," I say as she came over and talked to Aunt Juliana. "I'm gonna go find Aunt Jesse. Where is she?"

"She's at Rueben's memorial," daddy says. "She was missing him and we told her that she can go visit him before the adventure."

"Aw man I feel so bad for her," I say, tears filling my eyes. "She told me about Rueben a few hours ago, and it makes me feel so bad that she lost her best friend."

"Can I go find her? I will bring a rose for the memorial," I ask.

"Yes, just keep quiet just in case she gets really upset," daddy says.

"Okay Daddy," I say, heading towards the front door. "I will be respectful for Jesse's privacy."

"Okay. Be careful sweetie," Daddy says, following me outside.

"Will do," I say, starting to run.

*after Jessica goes to to Jesse and hangs out with her*

"You okay Jesse?" Daddy asks Aunt Jesse as we both came from Rueben's memorial. Aunt Jesse had tears in her eyes as we walked inside.

"Yeah, thanks for letting me come visit Rueben before our adventure," she says, wiping her tears away the best she could.

"We will always let you go there," daddy says, patting her in the back. "He was your best friend, so you have a right to visit him a lot."

"Thanks Lukas," Aunt Jesse says, hugging him. I saw a few more tears go down her cheeks and I joined in the hug. I love hugs!

"Come on, the others are waiting on us to come so we can go," daddy says, walking out the door.

"Okay hold on," Aunt Jesse said, then kneeled down to my level. "I would just like to say thank you for coming to Rueben's memorial and keeping me company. I really needed that."

"I would do anything for you Aunt Jesse!" I say, staring her straight in the eye. "I will always keep you company at times like this. I love you."

"I love you too," Aunt Jesse says as we hugged. She then broke the hug. "Come on, let's go before the others come barging in wondering why we are taking so long."

I laugh as we walk out of the house to meet with the others. Mommy looked a bit tired, but she is strong and can make it through the adventure. I hope Samuel will be alright with Kaylie. She seemed like a great person.

"Today we are going to the Woodland Mansion!" Feona says at the front (thanks IcaneC for suggesting it :)). "It sounded like a fun place to go."

"Sounds good to me," I say. That doesn't sound dangerous at all! That sounds... fun. "How far is it from here?"

"It is across the street actually," she says, pointing ahead at a building.

"Wow, that is so big!" I say, awestruck at the scene. "I hope we don't get lost!"

"I'm sure we won't," Aunt Juliana says, coming up to Aunt Feona. "Okay groups! Me, Jesse, and Feona! Lukas, Petra, and Jessica! Axel and Olivia! Those are the groups. Stay together and don't get lost! One two three break!"

I ran to mommy and daddy as soon as we broke apart. This is going to be so much fun!

"I am so ready for this!" mommy says, pumping her fist in the air at the same time as she accidentally punches me. "Oh sorry sweetie."

"Haha it's okay mommy," I say, laughing off the pain in the spot she punched me. "Now let's go look at the Woodland Mansion!" I ran ahead, so looking forward to the sights. But then, everything went black.

Daddy's POV

Jessica ran ahead of me and Petra and we just laughed, running after her. Then, someone came at her and took her away. Oh no!

"Jessica!" I cried, running after her. "Hold on!"

We ran as fast we could, but it was too late. They were gone...

"We lost her..." Petra says, crying so badly.

"I know... we need to alert the others. Come on!"

Aunt Jesse's POV

Me, Feona, and Juliana were just about to go into the first room when Lukas' light on the amulet glowed. That means that something is wrong with Petra, Lukas, and Jessica!

"Guys! Something is wrong!" I say, stopping in my tracks. "Lukas and Petra's lights on the amulet are glowing! That means something happened! We need to hurry!"

We ran out of the mansion, heading in the direction they are at using the amulet.
