Two years later;  June

"No" I mumbled to myself and scratched my head before sitting down on my bed. I immediately texted her back.

Camila: sure I'll be there tomorrow, can I invite someone?

Aaliyah: sure!!!

I tossed my phone away from me and laid down on my bed.

Aaliyah just texted me that Shawn's coming home for a few weeks, since his tour is finished and he's gonna be staying home for the rest of the summer I suppose.

I don't want to see shawn. I've been avoiding him for a reason. Whenever he came to visit, I just made plans with someone else and tried my best to ignore him as possible.

The reason I'm ignoring him is because he's been ignoring me as well.

At first when he started getting 'famous' he would always talk to me and text me, but after he got a lot of recognition and turned into this 'big' celebrity, he forgot all about me and stopped texting me.

At first he would text once in a while, then it ended up being once every other month, so I had enough of it and just stopped replying to him.

Whenever he comes to visit, he always asks to see me, but I just make plans with nick or Sabrina.

Nick is a guy who moved right besides be about a year ago. Shawn's parents live on the left side of me, and nick lives of the right side of me.

I love having him near me. He's a great friend and we're always hanging out, no strings attached though.

I grabbed my phone again and texted nick.

Camila: shawns gonna visit tonight & his whole family is throwing a welcome back party tomorrow & I'm kind of forced to go. Wanna be my plus one?

Nick: he's back? Yikes

Nick: but don't worry, I'll go.

I sighed in relief and thanked him before getting up and walking downstairs.

I walked into the kitchen and started cleaning and wishing my dirty dishes. I usually clean when I'm nervous or mad, it just distracts and satisfies me.

Once I finished I started picking up my whole house, and by the time I was finished, it was already 8 p.m.

Damn I was cleaning for hours.

I walked upstairs and grabbed my wallet and keys and walked back downstairs. I was pretty hungry and I'm in the mood for some pizza.

I was walking into my car when I noticed a familiar black Jeep parked on the Mendes' house.

My heart started racing and I immediately got in my car and drove off quickly.

I didn't expect for him to be at his parents house, but then again he hasn't seen them in awhile.

Ugh I hate him.

"I don't want to say hi to him, so just talk to me the whole time" I said to nick and he nodded his head before placing his arms around my waist.

I sighed and knocked on the door, a few moments later someone opened the door, and it was one of shawns uncles.

"Hey!" I said and greeted him with a hug before introducing him to nick and walking inside.
