My eyes suddenly started to flutter, eventually opening, directly looking into the sunlight.

My hair fell in front of my face, resting just in front of my cheek, but with one swift slide of Shawn's thumb, it was brushed out of the way. His lips touched my cheek. As the soft skin of his mouth left the side of my face, causing my skin to tingle. A small grin crept onto his face and his cheeks turned rose red. He pulled away silently,  "Good morning, honey. Did you sleep good?" he asked me, in his soft raspy voice.  "Of course." I said, stretching my hands out of the cozy sheets.

I grabbed my phone that was on my night stand and checked the time. It was seven in the morning.

Why am I up so early?

"What do you want to do today?" I say As I sat up and stretched.

"I want to spend my whole day with you. Today, you're are going to be all mine." he says, causing me to get back into the sheets, and lying down beside him.

His hands slowly reached my stomach, caressing it lightly. "Let's just stay here in bed. All day"

I smiled as I shake my head no.

As amazing that sounds, he should really go see his family. It's selfish for me to keep him here with me the entire time he's here, when he can visit his family as well.

They probably miss him more than I missed him.

"You're gonna see your family. I don't care what you say. You're gonna go over next door, and spend some time with them" I strictly say.

"I really wanted to lay in bed all day, but that's a better idea. I miss them" He says as I smiled to myself.

"Now go get dressed and brush your teeth. You have morning breath" I say as I sit up.

"Same goes to you!" He fires back and sits up as well.

I laugh as I walk towards the restroom and get ready to start my day.

"Mom!!!" Shawn shouts as the door to his parents house swings open revealing his mom.

"Shawn!! I missed you!" She cheered as she jumped into his arms and gave him a big welcoming home hug.

"I missed you so much. You don't even know" he replies as they pull away from their hug.

"Honey your dad and Aaliyah are in the backyard, go see them" She tells him as he nods his head and practically runs to the other room.

"Camila sweetie!" Karen tells me as she pulls me in for a hug."How are you feeling?"

Pulling away from the hug, I smiled and nodded my head, "I'm actually doing good, thanks to your amazing son. He's really been doing a good job at making me feel better."

"I'm glad to hear that. He really loves you" She says causing me to blush.

"Stop!" I say as I immediately start to blush.

"We're inviting some people over, so how about you help me out in the kitchen?" She asks as I nod my head.

"How about you start by cutting tomatoes and lettuce for the burgers" She tells me.

I walk towards the sink and turned on the water and washed my hands quickly before drying them and start cutting tomatoes.

As I started cutting the tomatoes Karen and I had small conversation catching up on things. Nothing much since she's the person I always come to when I need anything.
