I've had guys eyes follow me before, but none has had a gaze so intense as his. I wasn't even supposed to be looking that way, really. I just happened to, I don't know why. It literally shocked me. I was almost scared. He obviously noticed me this time, I mean he was staring at me (and it happened again a month or two later almost the exact same way, I had extreme deja vu).
Pessimistically, there was something wrong with my appearance or he was staring because I was so different, which could be a good thing or a bad thing (though I don't think it would happen twice the same way). Optimistically, he noticed me during games or something and liked me. Again realistically, I have no clue.
